For the landscape professional we provide quick turn around time on service work, loaner units, specialty rental equipment, plus parts and equipment delivery services. We offer educational training classes in the following areas; service, preventative maintenance, and pesticide spraying. Description of Work: They added an easy start unit to my older Mantis tiller. They had to order the unit and said it would be ready in one week. After one week I went to pick the tiller up. The unit they had received was not the correct unit, so they had to order a different unit. They could have called me to tell me the tiller was not ready and saved me a trip, but they did not have the courtesy to call. After a couple more weeks the tiller was ready with the correct starting unit. The tiller now starts with ease. I would use them again only if I contact them before going to pick up a repair.
