Description of Work: I know that since he didn't actually do any work, one could say that I shouldn't grade him, but he took forever to get to me, was arrogant as heck when he got there and then never got back to me with a quote. I guess it must be nice to have so much business that you don't need to even respond or act professional.

Description of Work: worked to determine viability of pool opening with spring water in ground of deep end of pool. Loaned me a sump pump to use. Would definately use if pool opening is viable in the future.

Description of Work: Mark and crew did a great job. Pool looks better than ever! Would recommend for sure!

Description of Work: Mark was suppose to come in June but because of the pollen decided to wait. He came this week and was done in 3 days - it's absolutely beautiful, plus went beyond and fixed loose bricks on steps and reordered filter that needed replaced. I have depended on him for over a year and even in the winter when there was a problem he shows up and fixes it. I am not an easy person when it comes to the pool, I only know so much but he helps me understand the problem. I will hire him again and again

Description of Work: Mark was great to work with and knows his stuff. His team replaced the liner in our pool, check for leaks, replaced the filter system. They did a great job about keeping me in the loop. They also installed a system to try and keep the liner from floating. It is too early to tell if this system will work, but they feel it is the best approach we had.

Description of Work: He has done work for us in the past. He's always been on time, reliable and courteous and very reasonable. He is excellent.
