Description of Work: Advance was called in to repair a keylock I had accidentally damaged. The repair was made quickly and the true cause of the damage was explained clearly and in a professional manner. This was the second time we have used this locksmith and like before, we are very pleased with their timely response, professional service and very reasonable cost.

He suggested buying the deadbolts myself so the finish would match the hardware on doors, so I purchased the deadbolts at Home Depot.
Description of Work: The lever on an exterior door need to be repaired and 2 deadbolts were installed on interior doors.

Installer advised me on which lock would be best for each type of door, and he worked outside in pouring rain with a sprained wrist to get the job done. Accurate estimate. One negative: Installer promised to come back for a small amount of cosmetic finishing on outside storage door lock strike plate installation, but he never came back.

 + -1 moreI called and called locksmiths in my area. This is the only company that would come out to help me on a Saturday afternoon like that. The other companies were unwilling to come out at that time and help me. I was desperate so I really appreciated this company taking the time to get me into my home. I have since moved into a condo so others will have a key if it happens in the future. If I ever locked myself out of my car or something like that though, I would call this company again. They got to me quickly and were very helpful.
Description of Work: I managed to lock myself out of my house late on a Saturday afternoon. I contacted this company and they got me back into my home very quickly.
