Everything was A-OK. He was very responsive to my phone call. Arrived on time, Did a great job on all of the locks, including some that were rusty. All of the re-keyed locks work smoothly without any issues.

It went very well. I had six lock that I wanted re-keyed and he did an excellent job getting it done. 3 of the locks I did not have keys for and he was able to pick them and get a key made for me. Great job!!!

I called yesterday and made an appointment for today for him to fix a broken lock. I left work early, came home and waited 45 minutes before calling him. He had forgotten about the appointment we'd made the day before.

The serviceman was outstanding. He took apart and repaired the lock within 5 minutes. He was very friendly and quite knowledgeable, and although he ran a bit late, he called twice to keep me posted on what time he would be there, and to ensure that was okay with me. I am totally happy with the excellent service I received, and highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them in the future should the need arise!

David answered the phone immediately when I called and was able to be at the house in 30 minutes. He was professional and pleasant. I found this locksmith on Angie's List. I called them because they had the most reviews in this area but was concerned about a few negative reviews. I had no trouble contacting him, he answered immediately and took care of the problem quickly.

They arrived on time and were very professional. Once they arrived the representative assisted me with additional door hardware for our front door. They offered great customer service.

No one answered so I left a detailed message of what I wanted done and requested they call me back. Never received a return call.

Left 2 messages 2 days apart on what appeared to be a cellular phone. NO CALLBACK= LOST MY BUSINESS!

David Spivey, owner of Advance Locksmith, came when he said he would and professionally repaired the lockset on a home door. His service was excellent and the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend his services.

We recently moved here and the door to our garage (which was on a different key than the house) did not open with the keys provided by the previous owners. We also wanted all of the locks changed on the house. He came quickly and was able to get into the locked room within minutes. He fixed that key so it would work. In addition he changed the locks on all our doors to the main house. He worked carefully so not to damage the doors and fixtures. He had a systematic approach and was clearly experienced and an expert in the field.

We contacted David based on the reviews on Angie's List. I scheduled an appointment for the afternoon after the closing on our new home. Unfortunately we did not receive the keys in time to make the appointment so I contacted David and told him we would have to reschedule which he had no problem with. We planned on calling him after labor day to reschedule but contacted us prior to that and said he could come on Labor Day. Even though it was a holiday he did not charge more, he was more concerned about our safety and getting the locks on our new home changed. He was there on time. Some of the locks were backwards, he repaired them and the new locks work great. He did a great job and we received a discount for being an Angus LIst customer. Would definitely use again!

I called Advance lock in order to do some additional work on my locks, doors which I hadn't thought of and one I thought I could do myself until I tried. David S. answered the call and took my information and we set an appt date which worked for both of us for 2 days away. He called 30 minutes before the appt as I had requested and he was on time. He did 4 of my doors and I have an old house where the sizes of the new door handles and locks don't always fit. He was very professional, very nice, and discussed with me what he was doing when I asked or there was a door with special considerations (as two doors were). So anyway, I would definitely use him again and all the work done was done correctly and quickly. This review is late because of computer troubles but I made a point to remember to add it because of the good service from Advance Locksmith.

They were very prompt and arrived right on time after being very cordial and informative on the phone. The locks were all rekeyed for new locks and he took care to make sure that every one was perfectly smooth and functioning well. This cost was for coming out to our house and exchanging four different double-sided locks, including one to which we previously had no key. A job well done!

The locksmith was very nice. He came in and got right to work. Did a very good job. He explained what he did and offered to sweep up the area he worked in. I would definitely use them again.

After moving into a new home, the locks needed to be re-keyed. Advance Locksmith arrived precisely when scheduled, worked quickly and charged a fair fee for professional services provided. Prompt, polite and professional... it's everything you can ask for.

He was very professional, timely and did a great job. I bought a house and only got one key in the closing (no other copies, was missing keys, etc.) so I had to re-key the doors so I could get in to all of them. Advance Locksmith rekeyed all my locks quickly and they are all working better than before!

David made and kept an appointment at our convenience. He made a house call to re-key all the exterior locks and deadbolts. He was polite and professional; wore an ID. He made sure all the locks and keys worked well before he left. My husband and I were very satisfied with his work. He also handled being distracted by our dogs with a sense of humor.
