I have a long stone stairway down a steep back yard and desperately needed a solid, high quality railing for safety’s sake. My project was a challenge and Ben found a creative solution for it. The job was excellent, from the first visit to the showroom, measuring in our home, choice of finish, and installation. It looks like a totally different house.
Description of Work: We had removed old wooden stair rails, balusters, etc. during a renovation. Watson fabricated and installed metal railings with a special finish requested by us.

Description of Work: Designed, fabricated, painted and installed interior railing indoors in a split foyer home. Dealt with the different angles of the two stairways; as well as, the varying distances between the studs of an older home. Matched existing wrought iron design. Multiple changes were necessary, until project was perfect, and throughout the whole time Ben and his team worked carefully, politely, and cleaned up and prepped well. Always at the other end of the phone was Wendy who took care of questions, scheduling and billing very professionally and with a positive attitude.

GREAT! They were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Their quote was quickly submitted to me and their pricing is fair! They estimated 4-6 weeks before installation but they called after about 2 weeks and installed within a day of notification.
