Description of Work: They came and cleaned my gutters, caulked nail pops and seams on the roof for 150 dollars. I knew my roof vent boots where dry rotting so I asked them to replace them which was outside of the package so they did that for 75 per vent which added 150 to the total price. I had another company offer to the same thing for 100 per vent. So I saved 50 dollars so it worked out for the good.

Description of Work: After receiving 3 quotes to repair rotting facia boards, wrap the facia with aluminum, and install new gutters with Leaf guards, I decided to contract with Universal Home Solutions. James provided a detailed quote and took the time to explain the needed repairs. The quote came in around 1000 less than comparable competitors. The repairs and high quality gutters look great! The crew did a great job cleaning up the site as well. There were two minor issues following the repairs, which Universal Home Solutions addressed immediately. Also, I have to commend Eddie on his knowledge and professionalism. These guys truly believe in doing the job right!

Description of Work: We requested estimates from a couple of vendors for putting up gutters, down spouts, and addressing a pooling water issue on a rental house we own. We felt the estimate provided by James at Universal Home Solutions is good for the work quoted. Based on discussions with James and the quote he provided, they will most likely be the vendor chosen to do the job.

Description of Work: They have done a number of repairs on my roof over the past year, including a problem area where critters have chewed their way into |the attic, causing damage from leaks on the ceiling, replacing soffits |that have pulled away from the guttering, all in addition to regular gutter and downspout cleaning.
