Description of Work: Contacted his company for a price for a new roof. They did not come out, but got some kind of info over the internet and sent me an email quote. I had questions, so called his office 3 times for him to call me, but he doesn't return calls. Will go elsewhere.

Description of Work: Had gutters replaced and had a roof repair. Individual was professional and did quality work. I would use this company again in the future. One constructive feedback note would be that the communication and responsiveness from the office could be better. I called the office several times and no one answered. The company had to reschedule their appointment once due to the crew getting stuck on a job longer than expected (which I understand). Overall, I am satisfied with the work completed.

 + -1 moreJames stopped by my house while I was at work, called me to report on what he'd found, and sent me photographs of what he'd seen. He performed necessary maintenance (mainly re-caulking cracked joints and fixing flashing). I now feel confident that I will have no leaks in the near future. James was very pleasant and helpful, and I'll certainly contact him again if problems arise.
Description of Work: I had no known roof problems, but I asked James to inspect my roof for any potential leaks, cracked caulking, etc.

Due to inclimate weather the total job took a few days longer than anticipated - but I didnt' have to worry about calling them back to complete the job. UHS also took the initiative to have their insurance company provide a Certificate of Insurance with my name and address issued as Certifiecate Holder. Overall very satisfied with the whole experience...nice to work with true professionals!!
Description of Work: Replaced front porch handrail, painted all front porch posts and railing. Gutter clean out. Repaired [new screws and sealed] leaks in gutter corners. General roof repair [nail pops, torn shingles and ridge vents]. Hauled away large pile of yard debris.
