Description of Work: MEMBER QUITE DISTRESSED BECAUSE ONE OF THE BLINDS THAT WAS SOLD TO HIM THAT WAS INSTALLED CHRONICALLY MALFUNCTIONED. BLIND LADIES TRIED TO FIX A FEW TIMES BUT COULDNT & FINALLY SENT A REP FROM THE MANUFACTURER TO THE MEMBERS HOUSE TO FIX.
