Great. I would certainly use them again.

It has been excellent, they have great prices, it's convenient. I would never have been able to do it that good, they showed up when they said they would.

Scheduled appointment with Judy. She met us at our new construction home. Measured all windows. Called us back within couple days with an estimate. Ordered shutters. Jeff returned later ad installed. Great job!! They look fantastic!!

They were very friendly and very nice. They were also very flexible with doing the estimates and then installing the blinds. This was extremely helpful as I have a 16 month old. She also did everything that she said she was going to do. I would use them again.

He was on time, took only a few minutes to take down all the blinds and take them out to his truck. He brought them back at the specified time that afternoon and put them back up. The whole process was easy and did not require me to be home for a long time. He was polite and neat.

My initial phone call was returned promptly and we scheduled a time for them to come and remove the blinds from my home. I knew what to expect price wise with their breakdown of cost per foot. Then arrived when promised, quickly removed the blinds. They returned at the promised time and had the blinds rehung in no time. The blinds when hung back up looked new. Great job!!!

Got their name off of Angie's list called them and Judy Bunch came out to measure. We ordered the blinds on approx. 7/14 and paid 50%. Judy and her husband Jeff came out and installed the blinds on 7/21 and we paid the rest of the bill then. After they left I went around to look at the work and notice that a majority of the blinds had rough/unfinished edges. They looked like they were cut with a saw that had an old or rough blade. I call Jeff and told him this. He said they would take care of it. Weeks went by without any word. We even recommended them to our neighbors. I finally got hold of Judy and she acted surprised. She said she thought their manufacturer had contacted us. Once again we were told they would take care of it. Again no word from them til they were installing our neighbors. I called Jeff there and got him to come down and look. He looked at two windows, said they were bad and they would replace the whole house. It is now Jan. and they don't return any calls.

We called The Blind Ladies and they came out and measured and gave us a recommendation on what kind of Plantation Shutters to put in two very large bay windows. It took six weeks for them to come in and it was well worth the wait. Not only are the shutters just beautiful, but the whole experience was a pleasure. Judy and her husband were very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend The Blind Ladies and will do business with them in the future when I have more shutters put in other rooms.

We had difficulty communicating with them. We sent an email and Judy called to setup an appointment. We asked Judy at the first meeting if they could be installed by a certain date 2 1/2 weeks later as we were having company visit us for a week and was told it should be no problem. We never heard back until after the company had left. Although we weren't on a critical schedule ourselves it would have been nice if they had kept us abreast of delays. They did show up on time for each scheduled appointment though (the first call, the installation, the repair).

Very professional and friendly staff. It did not take long for the blinds to be taken down or rehung. They were very clean, thoroughly done.

It was a hassle-free experience. I called and told Judy Bunch I would leave my vacant rental condo unlocked for her to go by to measure and give me an estimate. She went exactly when she said, she called & gave the estimate & told me when the blinds could be installed. I agreed and 2 weeks later she called to schedule an installation time. I was not very available, so again I left the condo unlocked and she had the blinds installed perfectly and did not leave any mess or evidence of even being there (except for the blinds). I wish all services could be this professional. I did not get any other estimates because after speaking with Judy I knew she was an expert about blinds and saving a few dollars was not as important to me as having the job done right. I was never present during this process, but it was done correctly without my involvement.

I called 2 companies for estimates. I received ballpark figures over the phone. The Blind Ladies was the second company. After I spoke with Judy( The Blind Ladies), I was pretty sure that was the company I would use. I met with her and she measured all windows and gave me the estimate. Good price. I gave her deposit and she ordered treatments. The blinds came in 2 weeks later as she advised they would. She returned on day AND time she said to install. I will call her back soon to do more windows in home.

Great. One of the owners came out and fixed it within 2 days. No charge. Always the best service.

We played phone tag for a day, but once I talked to the husband of the owner, we were able to make an appointment and he came to fix the blinds. He was very nice, on time, and knew exactly what to do to fix my problems. He was also efficient, which I appreciated so I could get some other errands finished.

As before, excellent service. Measuring and installation was done in a timely manner and they are very pleasant to deal with. he blind looks great.

I called several people for quotes. The Blind Ladies were the best. Jeff came out to the house, measured, and brought samples to show me the different types of shutters. I chose one & he ordered it. Shutters take awhile to order, so seven weeks later, the shutters are in. But, I LOVE them. The shutters are so much better than those ugly pleated fabric shades. Jeff & Judy were early for the install appointment. They installed the shutters in less than an hour and left no mess. We even talked about options for the huge arch window above my front door.

Judy came to measure the windows and show me examples of the products. She was on time, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Jeff was able to come and do the install earlier than scheduled. He was very nice, very friendly, and did a great job. The shutters look wonderful.

Submitted request for quote for blinds to be cleaned through their web site and received call back for discussion and quote. Agreed to a date and they arrived a little early and said they would call when they are leaving shop to re-install blinds. Judy called when promised and returned to re-install blinds as discussed. Blinds definitely looked better and worth the money. All work done same day is convenient. Very nice people to work with. I did not know about blind cleaning service until I saw their ad in monthly Angie's List booklet.

In January '06 we ordered custom built shutters for our living room wall of windows/patio doors and paid half the cost of the completed job. In March, Jeff came with the shutters. During the installation Jeff broke one of our windows. It was also determined during installation that the shutters ordered for the working patio doors would not fit behind the hardware on the doors. Jeff recommended the window company to replace/repair the window. He also said he would work with potential suppliers of door hardware extensions to fix our problem and finish installing the shutters. It was further determined that one of the window shutters was damaged in two places during installation. We were told this shutter would be replaced. The window was repaired, but the company will no longer return emails or phone calls to obtain a status on installing the patio door shutters and replacing the damaged window one. We would have gladly paid much more to have the job done right.

We did a lot of research to find the right company and finally decided on blindladies after going through Angies list. Jeff gave an estimate via e-mail based on our measurements and came out to give a detailed quote after we were ok with the general pricing. He showed us the product and we were impressed with design and quality. Our blinds were installed within 2 weeks and the shutters came after about 7 weeks.(5-6 weeks were quoted) We were hoping to get them earlier, but there was a delivery issue from the manufacturer.The installation went well except the measurement for one door was incorrect and the shutter had to be redone.(It was done without any concerns) Jeff did all installations on weekends to meet our busy schedule. We are happy with the product and the workmanship.The plantation shutters add to the character of our home and save energy cost. Jeff and Judy are great to work with.

As indicated, my experience with "The Blind Ladies" was exceptional. Judy & her husband were so very nice, and their work is so outstanding that i can't see myself using anyone else in the future. Quality of service, promptness, extremely pleasant representatives. I was amazed that a company today possesses the thoroughness & hard workers of firms years ago! A very pleasant surprise!! Hire them! You will not find a better source for window & blind cleaning.

We are very happy with the product and service. They were on time for both appointments and the blinds look great.

They were outstanding. Their price was the best of all our estimates. They delivered on time, they were quick and clean, and we haven't had a need to call them back, but I'm sure they would be responsive if we needed them.

The Blind Ladies made everything easy. From ordering the new blinds when we moved in to match the existing blinds in the other windows, to cleaning the windows when our renovations were completed, to cleaning the blinds and returning them the very same day--everything went smoothly and easily because of them. All of the windows are spotless--they were so filthy I didn't know they could get so clean plus there was trim paint all over them! I am thoroughly pleased with the Blind Ladies and will call them back to clean all of my windows inside and out again!
