Excellent. The technician was very clean and professional. The work done was first class. I highly recommend this company.

I have a black Granicoat (Corian type) countertop. Dark colors scratch very easily. After 8 years of wear and tear we were at a point that we were considering replacing our countertop, but loved the look. We decided to give Surface Specialists a try. Black is a very difficult color to work with in order not to have "swirl" marks etc. The technician did a great job restoring the original look to the countertop. Many thanks!

We contacted the company to come out and repair a hole in our vinyl window. We were concerned that we would have to replace the entire window frame. They came out within a week of our call. Their employee arrived at 7 a.m as promised, finished the work quickly and did an excellent job. He was very professional.

This company is in great demand so I had to wait some weeks before they were available. The technician was very friendly, arrived promptly, and gave due consideration to my house (removed his shoes without being asked, etc.). When he arrived he determined that the tub had been poorly refinished in the past. He told me there would be an additional charge to remove the old finish and gave me the opportunity to cancel the job. The work was professional and looks great. I paid an additional $50 (which was offered to me as an option when I placed the order and was included in the $400.00) to have him come back the next day to caulk the tub and reset the overflow. I thought it should be included in the original quote, but he told me that many people prefer to do it themselves to save money. There is a warranty for a year as long as I clean it using their instructions.

When I called to get a quote, I was told it would be a week before I would have an ''inspection''. I have met and got estimates with 2 other their competitors (within 2 days) and they were incredibly friendly and prompt. I realize that my 12 rental properties may not be that lucrative for this company but you have to start somewhere. Anyway, there are 2 sides to every story but the bottom line is this...after several phone calls with Debbie and Ray, this company is not very friendly and is not interested in my business. They must have a niche out there somewhere but the unless you are a big apartment complex or property mgmt company....forget about them and try someone else. Even then, don't expect much.

THE WORK HAD BEEN A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, AND A PROBLEM DEVELOPED. I THOUGHT THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED, BUT CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. SOMEONE WAS OUT THAT SAME DAY, AND IF IT HAD BEEN CONVENIENT, WOULD HAVE REPAIRED IT THE NEXT DAY. THEIR RESPONSE and PROFESSIONALISM WAS DEEPLY APPRECIATED

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

2 MEN CAME ON SEPT 18TH. THEY TAPED PLASTIC ALL OVER THE BATHROOM AND SPRAYED THE TUB. THEY SAID THAT AFTER 48 HRS, WE COULD CAULK THE EDGE AND USE THE TUB 24 HRS LATER. ON SEPT 20TH, THE WHOLE SURFACE WAS ROUGH AND THERE WERE BLACK STREAKS IN THE BOTTOM. WE CALLED THE CO, WHO OFFERED TO RE-DO THE WHOLE JOB, BUT NOT UNTIL OCT 4TH. I TOLD THEM THAT WE COULDNT DO W/OUT THE BATHROOM FOR 2 WKS, (WE ONLY HAVE 1 1/2 BATHS). THEN THEY SAID THEY COULD COME BACK ON SEPT 28TH. THIS WAS OK BECAUSE WE PLANNED TO BE AT THE BEACH UNTIL SEPT 27TH ANYWAY. WE HAD TO COME HOME ON THE 24TH. WE CALLED THE CO TO SEE IF THEY COULD MOVE OUR APPT AHEAD, BUT THEY REFUSED. E FELT THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE THIS ACCOMMODATION, SINCE IT WAS THEIR FAULT WE WERE IN THIS MESS. IT WAS VERY INCONVENIENT. THEIR SERVICEMAN CAME BACK AND RE-SPRAYED THE TUB. AGAIN, WE HAD TO WAIT 48 HRS. THE REFINISHING JOB WAS NICE, BUT I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK AGAIN TO CLEAN THE SPRAY-MIST OFF. THE FINAL RESULT WAS SATISFACTORY.
