The repair was done at the time it was promised and the work was absolutely perfect. Could never tell there have been a problem.

Perfectly. Installer arrived at 10 am and worked to 2:40 pm. Vented window so smell of repair fumes did not get into home. Seemed to work efficiently at the job. Cleaned bathroom of dust and particles after completing job, gave me a bill sheet and I wrote him a check. Explained how I could follow the warranty and gave me a sheet of instructions about using the tub and cleaning it. Tub work is now over a year old and has had no problems in repair area!

Called them to schedule an appointment. From the description I gave, the lady estimated a reasonable price (contingent on the description being accurate). I was asked to get a call back later in the day when the owner gets back to be able to schedule the appointment. I get a call at their closing time to give me a day for an appointment, but cannot give me a time. The lady mentioned that all their appointments are given the scheduled time the day before the appointment. This is the reason I rate them low, as in this day in age there is no excuse of having to block off a whole day two weeks out, and then get the approximate time the day before. I hope this helps others shopping around as well as the owner in getting a little better service for potential customers.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the technician showed up on time and was professional. This was the second time we have utilized their services over the past few years for two different jobs. The technician did a good job and the bathtub floor looks great. Great! The owner is also the technician - very professional and personable. Explained the process and did a terrific job. A little smelly venture with all the chemicals they use but he did a really nice job and my bath tub looks like new!

I thought I had a crack in my upstairs bathroom tub. Called and talked to Hannah. Very professional and helpful. She scheduled Justin to come out in two days to correct the problem. Justin arrived on time and quickly determined the it was not a crack but a deep scratch. He quickly repaired that. Tub looks as good as new. Since it was not a crack he cut the price by a third on the spot.

I contacted Surface Specialists who responded promptly and walked me through the repair process. They quoted the repair before scheduling the appointment and then worked with me to get on their schedule before we had company coming so the repairs would be finished. When the technician, Anthony, arrived, he left his shoes at the front door (THANK YOU!), and we took a look at the two repairs. He advised me that the shower pan could be repaired with a less expensive treatment than what had been quoted. We discussed it and determined to take the patch instead of the overlay. I am grateful that he was honest about the repair options. The original quote was done by using pictures that I sent to the provider. We were prepared to have that procedure done, and pleased to find out it was not necessary. Honesty! Thank you for that. So, Anthony fixed the two problems we had (both look GREAT), and was clean, respectful, and punctual. It was a pleasure doing business with Surface Specialists.

I called the office to ask if someone could provide me an estimate on having my kitchen counterops resurfaced. Unfortunately I am not aware of the type of stone that the prior homeowner installed (it does not appear to be granite) and therefore was looking to have someone provide an onsite estimate. I explained that I was not sure if the countertops would need to be buffed or polished or resurfaced altogether, and was looking for their assistance / input. The woman that answered the phone told me that "resurfacing" was not what I would want them to do, that they were "very busy" and did not have time to have someone "just provide me an estimate" onsite but asked me to send a picture. I explained that the coutnertops were black and that I did not think a picture would assist in identifying the type of stone or treatment needed. The company was unwilling to send someone for a consultation and the tone / attitude of the representative on the line was disappointing (it was as if I was a bother to have called at all).

Everything was great from the time we contacted them and until the repair was complete. You can't even tell where the place was! We would absolutely use them again if the need comes up!

I would definitely recommend the highly professional service of Surface Specialists. The job was flawless and we are very pleased with results.

Very pleased with their service! Patrick showed up right on time. We really appreciated his honesty. We had originally scheduled a full resurfacing of our tub, but Patrick advised that a patch was all that was needed. His honesty saved us over $200!

Patrick was prompt and went to work as soon as he arrived after explaining what he was going to do. Each time he finished he would let me know what he had done. I would use this company again I need to.

A few days later I realized our other contractors were running behind schedule so I needed to reschedule our appointment. They accommodated our need by swapping our appointment with another customer later that week. They called the night before the appointment to tell us when the tech would be arriving. The tech called when he arrived to tell me how long the process was going to take and then called when he was finished. He even sent me some pictures to show me how it looked. Everyone we spoke with were professional and accommodating. They did a great job at a very reasonable price and their work is backed by a two year warranty. We will definitely use this company again.

A time was scheduled for a few days after my call. They were prompt and had the bathtub repaired within a half-hour. I absolutely cannot tell where the chips once were. Very friendly. Very professional. I will definately use them again.

The owners were very pleasant and professional when I spoke to them by phone as was Patrick who came over to do the refinishing. Highly recommend!

Owner came out for free estimate and gave me details as to what he could do to remedy the chipped, crackled-looking areas of the bathtubs, and also explained what the "crackling" noise meant when stepping into tub bottom (it needed reinforcement with foam to support). I thought of additional questions after he left,and when I called he was courteous and gave me the information I needed, On the scheduled time one of the company's workers, 'Patrick" came, who reviewed with me what was to be done, and what to expect at each step.At times there would be loud noise, and although there would be venting out the window, strong chemical odors (but not harmful) would be noticeable. Patrick placed plastic sheets to wall off each work area he was doing. The work took 2 days (six hours each) due to the time required to resurface,allow for drying in between steps, etc. Patrick worked neatly,steadily, and was on time both days.He could not have been more pleasant or helpful, and the results of his work made the tubs and the sink/vanity/backsplash look brand new. I had been worried about having the work done due to concerns about the chemical odors, a possible mess, etc. I was relieved and very pleased to find the experience was not so problematic, thanks to the skill and thoughtful customer service provided by this company and its worker.

On July 9, Patick arrived as scheduled and applied a new skid to the bottom of our upstairs hall bathroom. This bathtub is approximately 12 years old and is made of fiberglass. The bathtub had several areas on the skid, or floor area, that needed repair. On July 11, Patrick returned and performed additional repairs on the bathtub in our master bathroom. Patrick did a great job with the repair as well as a great job of color matching both bathtubs, which were different shades of white. Once again, thank you Surface Specialists. Great Job !

They did a great job. They had a better deal than another guy that I looked at. They were really quick and they got the job done. The experience was great. It was a good price.
