Rick and his crew were fantastic. I walked them through what I wanted done and they took it from there. Asked appropriate follow-up questions. Showed up early for the job, and took minimal breaks during the two days of work. Overall I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work they performed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

I used Paint One in March of 2010 for a big paint job, so there was no searching for a new company. I knew I wanted to used Paint One again. Rick came out and gave us an estimate and we discussed a time line for the job. Rick and his crew where both here on time on the first day and started on the job. We had a surprise, under the wall paper there was whole other set of wall paper that needed to be removed. This surprise stretched the job over an additional day. Once all the wall paper was removed, the walls where spackled and sanded and painted. The job turned out great and the crew did a fantastic job in cleaning up once they where finished. Our next paint job will be the outside of the house and Paint One will get the contract once we are ready to tackle this.

I was very pleased with the entire project. Certainly the price was great and the worked was performed promptly and professionally. I would used them again.

Great! estimate was given within hours of viewing the property. Follow up to make sure the offer was received was positive and to make sure they would get the job, they offed to work witht the price if it was not acceptable. Offer was accepted as was and available the next week to start. Paint One will do what they need to, to get your business. Thier work is just as good if not better han other offers we had. Price was middle of the road and acceptable

Paint One did a great job for us. The job was not very large and required very specific timing because we were having a custom closet shelving unit installed in our Master Bedroom and needed to have all painting completed prior to that. Paint One was able to meet this as well as remove the old closet, sand and prep the walls and paint within 2 days. I found it hard to find a painter willing to do such a small job but Paint One had no issues and treated my project the same as if it were an entire house project. I would definitely use them again.

Team was on time and worked efficiently. However the supervisor left and never returned. The quality suffered as a result. This was not the excellent job that was done a few years before. The paint ran and the surfaces appeared unsanded prior to painting. The backing for the replaced cedar shakes appears soft when pressed. I question the integrity of the materials.

He was very professional. He gave us an estimate very quickly. We set up the start day. He got the crew started and are very happy with their service. We plan to use them again.

They did a great job- showed up on time and did great work. In addition to painting they also do good carpentry work. Many window sills and moulding had to be replaced and also an interior wall required repair. Highly recommend them!

I definitely got more than I paid for! Painting the kitchen is a chore with all of the cabinets and trim. These guys were quick, neat, and professional. The lines are crisp and straight. It looks perfect! Everything was covered and protected. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Excellent work and follow-up. Always helpful and go above and beyond. I was out of the house most of the time so had a lock box on the house. I trusted the crew to treat my home respectfully and perform their job to their utmost ability. This company has never disappointed me. Highly recommend.

I contacted them from Texas as we were moving here. Most of the estimate was done via photographs and emails. When we closed on the house - I met them at the new house and finalized everything. They got to work that week (we were packing the other house so they had access to come and go). When we arrived - everything was done and beautiful. They cleaned up a few spots and painted another room for us (our son finally decided on a color) and that was that. The cabinets took a bit longer - but were worth the wait.

Overall the service was good. I had one problem. The contract called for a gloss enamel paint on the deck railings and they used a flat paint. But other than this I did not have any other problems.

An estimator was at my house a day after my initial phone call. I had the estimate within 24 hours. Price was very reasonable. They told me my job would be about three weeks out, but within a week they called to say they could start. Crew was on time each day and worked steadily until evening. Very respectful of me and my property. Friendly, accommodating and responsive. Estimator, owner/administrative, crew all professional.

Pedro was hands on in the beginning of the process, he came and took measurements and sent a quote for 4250. He stated that this was a discount due to being and Angie's list member. I was going on nine months in a very difficult pregnancy and need the work done immediately and did not have enough time to search for another company at that time to compare price. I trusted that fact that he had am A rating and let him do the work. I asked for an timeline for the work due to flooring that had to be put in also, and I did not want either company getting in the others way. Pedro assured me that it would be done in 4 days. The start of the process was pleasant. I was told that I would have a color consultant from Sherwin Williams and she did come and we picked out about 5 or 6 colors for the job (3 bedrooms were each a different color, plus two bathrooms). I went through the house and let her know what colors would go where. She took extensive notes and left me a copy and also the paper strips of the colors I had chosen. I had an additional chocolate brown color picked out that I wanted the stair rail painted and also the trim to the french doors that lead from my bonus room to the living room, this was explained in the noted she took. When the painters (about 5 of them) showed up I had to go through the house and show them where I wanted what colors (what was the purpose of the notes...what if I had not been there?) So they get started, the job goes beyond the 4 days he said it would be. Now there was some patchwork that needed to be done and some drywall that needed to be fixed and my downstairs ceilings needed to be re-popcorned (sure that is not a word, but I hope you all know what I mean), but Pedro knew all of this going in, this was part of the estimate (which by the way I requested an itemized estimate to say what cost what, never got that). The workers made several mistakes that had to be corrected like painting the wrong colors in the wrong places (even though we went over it) and also made a major mistake of painting all of my moldings in the chocolate brown color (remember how I just wanted the stair rail and the french doorway) by this time they were like 3 days into the job and I just wanted it done so now I have to live with the brown boarders (it is starting to grow on me...or I have just gotten used to it). To Pedro's credit I will say that he made sure they corrected all mistakes and knocked 250 off of the final price. He even had the painters correct what the flooring people had messed up. There were a few other minor mistakes and corrections that needed to be made but after over a week of having 5-6 people in my home (sometimes different people) I wanted the job to end. Afterwards I checked out a couple of other companies and found I could have gotten the same work done for 2500 to as low as1500. Also one day I had to leave the house and when I returned my air was not only turned on (it was off due to the fact that all the windows were open and so were all my doors which was understandable due to the fumes) but was all the way down to 60...!!! I did not get a discount for my power bill... I don't think I would recommend them. Not bad if you need a room or maybe two but after a while the workers got lazy and it showed.

Painters were on time and used painters tape to tape-off the ceiling and the entire floor was tarped-off to protect the new tile floor. they were in-and out in less than 5 hours.

It went well. Pedro was very nice on the phone as he was the first time I used them. They were puntual and super fast and I am happy with the results. They also cleaned up everything before they left. The only reason I gave the quality a B was there were a couple of spots where the paint was out of line but only noticable by me. I would and will use them again.

If I could I would give Paint One an A+. The owner came out to survey the room and the coupon covered my entire great room. Two painters came to my home bright and early and stayed until everything was completed. They were meticulous in their preparation- everything was moved and covered carefully. All lines and corners were taped accurately. The painters and owner were very courteous and consciencious. They stayed until it was completed to my satisfaction. The owner came to check everything same day. I was so thrilled I asked them to do more work. He gave me the estimate right then and another team was the next week. Same great service. I have already recomended them to others and will definitley be using them again!

The painters did a wonderful job and the result was great. No bleed marks where the rooms are divided and there were two openings in the dining room. Can't wait for another deal to pop up again.

I requested an estimate for exterior painting, pressure washing, and deck treatment by email on 6/15/12. I traded a couple of emails regarding scheduling the following week. Paint One INC came by on 6/22/12 to look over my house and work up an estimate. Despite its mention in another review, I was informed that Paint One INC does not clean gutters. I was also informed that I would not receive an estimate that day. It would be the following week, I assumed by Monday, 6/25/12. It's 7/2/12 today and I still haven't heard back from anyone with Paint One INC. I obviously cannot comment on the quality of their work or cost, but I am very disappointed no one took the time to provide me with a proper estimate.

Overall they did a great job. Excellent workmanship in both carpentry and painting. Lived up to all of their commitments.

The job went smooth from start to finish. It only took 4 days to complete all. I hardly knew they were here. I couldn't be happier! ,
