I can't remark on quality of work because they never returned my many calls or messages to schedule service. They held onto my $300 & did Nothing.

Left message in order to arrange for an estimate. They don't even return a phone call.

Pretty good! Couple minor things but all in all I'd hire them again! In fact, I am submitting a quote request right now!

We worked with Dwayne, who supervised the project. He did a great job. The work was well done, in a timely manner, and communication was good.

Excellent communication. I was able to supply the paint/stain colors of my choice. Workers showed up on time. They worked efficiently over 5 days and the results turned out great! They were flexible with my requests, such as removing built-ins and window treatments prior to painting. I was able to leave them open access to the house. The workers were so polite and friendly. My project started out small but quickly grew larger in order to get my house ready for sale. They worked hard to pull the resources to work with my timeline on short notice. They even left me plenty of paint/stains for future touch-ups. I've used this company in the past several times and they have always done good by me. Overall an A+ experience!

Very professional, efficient and neat.

It was great dealing with Pedro again for the second time. The crew were very nice, courteous and worked hard to not interfere with our day-to-day activity. They even came back to days later to put our furniture back on the porch once the sealer was dry.

I contacted Angie's list for a refund and they immediately found me another A-list painter who gave me virtually the same monetary deal and my bathrooms are painted.

Representative was on time and Courteous. I ask for my Hallway to be painted is elevated, but not that big. said it would take 2 men 2 days to do just walls..no ceiling, no stairs, no doors. The estimate I received was very quick, but inflated from others I had received.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List for 4 hours of painting for $300. I was contacted right away by Paint One to set up an appointment with an estimator to check out the work to be completed. The estimator was able to come out and review the job, but we did have to wait about two weeks for the actual painting to take place. This wasn't a problem for me, since Paint One made a point to list this info on the deal before I purchased it. However, this might be an issue for someone on a deadline. On the day the painters were due, they showed up early and got right to work. They carefully covered the newly refinished floors and thoroughly taped all trim work. The painting was completed in the amount of time expected and cleaned up perfectly. My husband and I are very happy with the work and will be sure to use them again in the future.

Pedro (the owner) personally came out and provided an estimate. He was very responsive and quick to put the quote together and very flexible on product - he was willing to switch to a more expensive product that had the color options I wanted at no additional charge. The initial job, unfortunately, was a bit sloppy. With a semi-transparent staining product it is very important to have even and consistent brush strokes. There were two painters working on the deck and you could very clearly see where one painter's work ended and the other's started. One was neat and smooth and the other very sloppy with uneven brush marks going in multiple directions. In addition there were lots of missing spots with no stain at all. When I pointed this out to the painting crew they touched up a few spots but disagreed with my feedback and told me that's just what you get with a semi-transparent stain. I called Pedro the next morning and he came out immediately and agreed and had them come back that same day and the next to do a third coat to fix the issue. I was completely satisfied with the end product. Pedro was great and followed through on delivering a quality product.

The scheduling process was a bit challenging due to vacations, but once scheduled the workers started the job. The workers were always on time and worked promptly to complete the work. They were professional and did a great job! They cleaned up as they moved from room to room and clearly communicated the process along the way. I am very pleased with the finished job and I will be using Paint One in the future.

The job got done in a couple of hours. Entire crew came, prep and finished job same day. Very professional and responsible. I will definitely use them again for any painting job I need.

It was perfect from start to finish. They prepped, painted and cleaned up. You would have never known they where there except for 2 newly painted rooms.

Pedro arrived on time for the estimate and after measuring the room and assessing the work provided a detail quote for the work. We found the quote to be well within the norms and scheduled the work with Paint One. The workmen arrived on time and provided all services in an excellent manner. Clean, quiet and highly professional is how I would describe their time in our home. The finished product is perfect, and we are very satisfied. We will definitely contact Paint One for our future home improvement needs.

the crew did a great job and we are very happy with the quality of their work. However, Dwayne, the project manager was very difficult to get in touch with. He would take days on end to return emails or calls. Worst of all, once he received payment for the service, he never returned my call about where the leftover paint was. The contract stated the leftover paint would be left for us.

We have used Paint One in the past, we called, left a message and received a call back the same day to schedule a time for an estimate. The estimator arrived at the appointed time and detailed what we needed done. We had the estimate the same day. We did have to wait a couple of weeks for the job to be done, it gave us time to prepare. The workers arrived on time, on the appointed day and went right to work. They protected the stairs and walls as they used the very long ladder. The job was completed in one day, and they left the work area clean and neat. We are very impressed with this company and will call them again when we need to have painting done. Wish everyone was as conscientious as Pedro and his crew. They are wonderful

They did a fine job. They were punctual and efficient. They cleaned up when they finished. Two people came out.

Paint one didn't an excellent job for a reasonable price. Once it was scheduled it was done quickly.

They did a good job but I made the mistake of giving Clate my check before he did some finishing touches. I contacted him several times to come out and finish the job but he never made it out. I finally called Pedro though and he came out right away and finished things up and it looks excellent. Overall they did a great job, including Clate, and I would use them again but I just would make sure not to give them the check until EVERYTHING is complete. As backup though Pedro (the owner) will make sure the job is done the way you want.

I've used Paint One several times before and wouldn't consider another company. Pedro, the owner, and Clate, the estimator, were prompt and courteous. They have hired some fantastic young men as painters and these men are really hard workers. They pay attention to detail, work fast, and are thorough. The price quoted to me includes the 20% Angie's List discount and was very fair for the amount of work to be accomplished. In addition, they clean up after themselves, leave marked cans of paint behind so we know exactly what was used for next time (no trying to guess and match!), and return immediately if there is anything to correct (they returned when refrigerator in laundry room had to shifted over about 6 inches to original site after being moved to paint entire floor). I'll attach some pictures to give you an idea of the end results---quite impressive!

It went well. They came when they said they were going to come and they were clean. My wife was at home then and did not have any worries. She did all the dealing with them, it went very smoothly. The work turned out very well; there was no problem.

There were no troubles with scheduling and were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. Either two or three crew members came out to complete the work. They cleaned up after the job was completed and left no mess behind. Everything was fine.

They did everything they said they would. Team was punctual and professional. I was very pleased with their work. They cleaned up when they were done. My house looks like a new home now.
