Top notch company. A terrific experience from the start. My call was answered within an hour. An inspection appointment was set up within a few days. Pedro got me the proposal the same day he looked at the job. We agreed on the price and he got started right away. I was on vacation when the job was started and not available but that didn't matter. We just purchased the home and Pedro met with my realtor to pick up the keys while I was away. I emailed him the color choices and that was it. Upon my return I checked in and he said the job was completed and we set up a time for my inspection. Pedro even had two painters with him in case I saw anything that needed touching up, which it didn't. The work was great and I am very please with the entire experience with this company from start to finish!

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and they were great. They were out here quickly and were clean. They were awesome and we actually paid them less than $100 extra to paint a bathroom while they were out here. They were very clean and polite.

A+. First class service and products from start to finish. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Extremely professional and polite. Lived up to their billing and more. I cannot think of anything they did which could have been done differently or better. They are well organized, efficient and goal oriented. They believe in 100% customer satisfaction and live it. It is always a joy to see work accomplished exceed one's advertisement. They checked up on the work while it was in progress. They checked on what needed to be done personally ahead of the job and called to make sure I was satisfied when the job was complete. I had other estimates. No one could compare to their "best value" offer. I plan to use them again. In a nutshell: "they are the best in the area"!!!

I will not go into great detail but will give you the picture, the true picture. As I said, this is the third job we contracted with PaintOne and we did the estimate with Dwayne Graham. They always asked us when to show up on the job to be courteous as to not come to early and always showed up within 10 minutes of the time we gave them. They taped everything up to protect it and also covered everything with plastic in the areas that were going to be painted as to not damage them. As to the time frame, Dwayne said they would be finished either Thursday or Friday of the week they started on Monday. The job was finished on Thursday with Friday being the day left to take care of mine and my wife's punch list. There were 3-4 things on the punch list that needed to be fixed and for some strange reason I was concerned about this list getting completed. So not only does the punch list guy show up, the manager and the company owner, Pedro, showed up on Friday to make sure these things were complete. As I said earlier, I was worried that the punch list would not be completed. Well, this was the 3rd time they worked in our home and it was also the 3rd time they completed the punch list perfectly and we were completely satisfied. I probably owed them an apology for doubting their ability to do the job to our satisfaction. I can't thank them enough for the outstanding customer service, their painting prowess and their friendliness. On all 3 jobs they sent someone that could speak English and we also had a different crew, each time. My only hope was that since we had spent close to $15,000 with them, we were hoping for a free painting of our garage floor to seal it and protect it, or at least 75% off. Just kidding, Dwayne and Pedro. We look forward to doing business with them again in the future!!! The Brown family

The complete project took 6 days with no major delays. The previous day?s work was always inspected for quality and completeness. The project started by a total exterior cleaning, replacement of rotten/damaged wood and (2) coats of paint on all surfaces. All members of Paint One acted in a professional manner with the customer satisfaction being their main focus. One of the aspects that impressed me the most was their competitive offer and no comebacks on price when more damaged wood was found after the original quote.

I waited three years to post this review because Paint One has so many A ratings that I thought I was being unreasonable, not wanting to give them an A. Then we had another provider stain our deck this year and I decided that there truly was a justifiable difference in quality. The house looked great when they got done, the price was very reasonable, they came when they said they would, and they worked on the job continuously until it was finished. The B rating for quality comes from the following: 1) The Flood brand paint that was used mildewed after a year. We had never experienced mildew on our house before (this was the third time we'd had the house painted). 2) Initially we loved the idea of Bondo to fill the holes the birds made in our cedar siding, but it mildewed even before the wood did, making the repairs obvious. 3) Some of the workers "jumped" their ladders on the side of the house to move them without having to get down off them. I think this is unsafe, and it also caused a vase to fall off a shelf and break (I never reported this to Pedro, so he didn't have an opportunity to address it).

WOW! I cannot remember when I received such excellent work and service from a contractor. Ismael Schinemann and the entire staff of Paint One was great. We had most of the wood on a deck replaced and hired Paint One to do the staining. They arrived on time; made sure I was happy with the color before they started; and did an overall great job. A day after they were done, and the stain had dried, I noted that it looked streaky in spots. I emailed Paint One on Saturday morning asking for them to contact me, and they replied that morning that they would be out Monday morning. They showed up first thing Monday, applied another coat and now it looks perfect. They even emailed to make sure I was happy! I cannot recommend this company more highly.

Arrived on time. Did a great job. Very neat and did a great job of cleaning up as well.

The crew arrived on time and did a super job. Applied two coats and it looked as no one had painted. So good as the supervisor was there , we had them paint a hallway leading to the basement. Another super job.

I am completely satisfied with the work performed. The owner is a pleasure to work with and the painters went above and beyond to get the job done as estimated.

Paint One did a fantastic job for us. This is the 3rd time we have hired them this year and have been pleased each time. I contacted them to get an estimate and Ishmael came out within a few day of my call to look at the job and give me an estimate. I knew their price would be good since I had worked with them before. I didn't want the job started for a few weeks and they were able to start (and finish) the job on the date I had suggested. They painted my dining room (walls & ceiling), foyer, hallway, kitchen, breakfast nook, and great room. They arrived promptly in the morning and finished at about 5:30 in the afternoon/evening. They did a really nice job and put all of our furniture back when they were done. Rick supervised the crew and called me a couple times during the day to get clarification on a couple of matters. He is really professional and great at his job. We've enjoyed getting to know him over this year.

They were just punctual. They basically took time on a Saturday to actually come in and give us a quote.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special purchase for this service. The service turned out fine; they cleaned up and it was good. They did a fine job and I would recommend them.

We were getting our 1900 sq ft home fixed up in order to sell. We used Paint One on 3 occasions over approximately a 1 month time frame. We first had them paint the exterior - siding and trim - and they did a really nice job. All of their workers were nice and Rick came out regularly to check on the progress and fix any issues. A couple of weeks later, we hired them to paint the ENTIRE interior - walls and trim. We had lots of wood trim with a dark stain on it which they painted white. We had all the walls painted beige. It looks terrific - like a completely different house. There were quite a few surfaces (doorknobs, hinges, etc) that got painted white too by mistake, but they came back out the following week and corrected all of those errors. Again, Rick did a great job of keeping up with the job and making sure it got done on time as we had a deadline to meet. Finally, a couple of days before our home went up for sale we had them come out and power wash the driveway and sidewalks. They did a really thorough job, spending 2+ hours on cleaning it, and it looks fantastic. We won't even park on car on it now for fear of messing it up! All in all, our job was a big one and the approximate cost I stated covered it all. Their prices are VERY good compared to the other 3 quotes we got.

Set up a meeting with them for an estimate on painting our house for 6/7/2013 at 11:30. I had let them know this was my lunch hour. The time was verified by email. At 11:15 on the day we were to meet, I got a call from them saying they came to the house at 11:00 and nobody was there. He left a card in the door. I said we weren't supposed to meet until 11:30 and that if he could come back I could take an early lunch and come right over. I told him that if he would have called me when he got their, I could have left to come meet with him. He insisted that the appointment was at 11:00. I checked the email and it was 11:30 and they confirmed it. He said he was already in Charlotte and couldn't come back. He said he could come back the next week. I asked could he meet me at the house the next Monday at 11:30. I waited until 12:30 and he didn't show up or call. I was disappointed because I was look forward to start getting estimates so we could get started on the house. I have crossed him off the list.

The painters were very polite and professional. They did a great job on the painting and left no mess afterwards. We are very pleased with this company.

This was a warranty repair. Paint One originally painted 3 years ago and did a very nice job. There were a few areas that had begun to peel. After calling to request repair, Paint One immediately came out and took care of the job - even finding other areas that needed touch up beyond the ones we pointed out to them. They did an excellent job! We are very happy we chose Paint One and recommend them highly!

Good, price was fair, they repainted a door that initially did not adhere. They resanded and repainted no questions asked. Good attention to detail, efficient. I will use again.

This is the second time we use Paint One, and we will keep using them in the future. Both Pedro and Rick, and painters as well are very professional in every way. We definitely recommend this company.

They did it for a very reasonable price, but as it turned out the quality was not so good. About six months later all the corners around the ceiling are showing cracking caulk and I need to call them back to fix it. They also missed one closet, left a lot of drywall dust, got paint on the carpet, missed painting a couple spots that I had to call them back at first to fix. Not sure if all their quotes are reasonable because they gave a follow up quote on doing the exterior and it seemed really expensive. Either way not worth it if I can't trust the quality, unless everyone out there is like that, my first experience hiring painters.

It was ok overall - their are some areas that need to be cleaned up when we paint again
