Description of Work: I had exterior painting done on my house 5 years ago by this company. I called them last week and talked to Pedro and made an apt with him for the end of the week, Friday. He agreed to time and date. Then one hour before the appt. I get a call from his staff that he has to cancel because he is out of town on a job! I agree to schedule again but with someone else for the following week. I take an appt for the Monday at 3p. I get a call two hours before the appt and they are cancelling again! They said that the estimator's wife had a baby. Really? Why would they give me an appt if it was so close to the due date and she could have told me that. I will never call them again. I find them to be very unprofessional. Also, the baby was born at 3am in the morning and I get a call two hours before the 3pm appt. They could have called me first thing in the morning but did not!

Description of Work: This is the third time I have used these painters so you know I am extremely satisfied. They are very prompt in their estimates, agreed to work dates and the start of their day. The painters were VERY professional, polite and took extreme care in moving furniture, repairing walls and prep/clean-up. I have already recommended them to friends and family. They are the best! Far surpassed expectations once again.

Description of Work: Paint One painted a small bedroom and bathroom in my house. They were timely, efficient and very neat. They had everything done in less than a day and I had no mess to clean up. Well worth my money and a fantastic job!

Description of Work: I bought a "deal" on Angie's List for 1 room painted for $100 up to 9ft ceilings and 500 sq ft. I provided the paint, I called and made the appt, they were prompt did just what I asked even painted an additional alcove in the room, were very neat and covered everything and got it all done in 1 morning. I am very pleased!

Description of Work: I scheduled a meeting with this company to get an estimate for painting the full interior of a 2600 square foot house. They called the day before the appointment to tell me that they couldn't make it and would have to reschedule for the following day. I had already taken the day off work and had several other meetings schedule for various work that day so I told them they could change the time that day, but couldn't do a different day. So we changed the time of the appointment from the morning to the afternoon. About 30 minutes after the appointment time, they called me several times and left a message to call back. When I called back, he informed me that he was going to have to reschedule for 2 1/2 hours later than the original appointment. I told him not to bother. If it's that difficult to get started with a company, I can't imagine letting them paint my whole house. They sure did put the PAIN in Paint!!

Description of Work: Paint One did an excellent job on our home. We renovated our house in 2005 and obviously didn't get a very good paint job at the time. The painters had to do a lot of sanding and repair work to the house before they even started painting. They replaced rotten wood on our porch, replaced damaged boards on our front porch, and even found some damaged siding that they replaced on our home. They did an excellent job of painting our exterior and trim, and went above and beyond to make our house look perfect. We had them refinish and stain our front door and it looks brand new. We also had them install gutters and they even painted the white gutters to match the white trim on the house. The foreman was very detail oriented and made sure that the job was done perfectly. The painters were always on time and they worked every day until they finished the job. Our house was originally built in 1931 and Paint One was very professional as they dealt with the existing lead paint. They did a good job removing the old paint and cleaning up the project. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. I would use Paint One again in a second! We felt that we received a very fair price for an excellent product.
