OnTrac was contracted to repair our garage door that would no longer open. The repair technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem (broken garage door spring). The technician installed a new spring and gave our door a small tune-up. The door now works much more smoothly and quietly. I would use OnTrac again with our garage door needs.

Hired OnTrac to repair a garage door arm. They not only responded timely, showed up on time, went above and beyond to repair the broken door as well as made adjustments to my second door. Had another company two me the door needed to be replaced along with both openers. Now both work great at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend!
