OnTrac Garage Doors

I initially spoke to Arthur, the owner, and he was able to provide a Sunday afternoon appointment, which worked well with my schedule that week. When the specialist, Bryant arrived, he was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the service they provided and would highly recommend them. If I need my garage door serviced again, I will definitely hire them.

The owner, Arthur, was very nice on the phone and he had a tech out the same night to replace the springs on my garage door. The job was done in less than an hour and the tech was really polite and explained everything. I would definitely use this company again.

Arthur was great. He fixed my door without trying to sell me a new motor, which I thought was the problem. He went over and above and even helped me program the door to my car. He showed me what he did to fix it in case it happened again and oiled the springs. I highly recommend him. He came out the same day I called. Excellent customer service.

He also shared some valuable information on the type of opener I have today and what to watch for on that unit as well. Great customer service and very fast.
