Description of Work: Pressure washed house and cleaned off cobwebs. All was done well. He did get a little clorox on a bush, which killed those branches, but I was having those bushes dug up the next week anyway.

Description of Work: Cleaned my gutters and did a good job but left the area on my patio a mess with leaves and things out of gutters. Also left same by my front door. I specifically asked him when I made the appointment if he picked up the garbage and bagged it instead of leaving lying around. He said yes. He did do that but left two areas mentioned a mess. Could have blown them off. On another note he changed my flood lights and cut some branches off my trees that were hanging over the gutters. I offered to pay him extra for this, but he declined. Very personable, but was disappointed with the clean up.

Description of Work: I have used John Monroe of Sealwize for several years both to clean my gutters and power wash my home. His pricing is reasonable, he shows up on time, cleans up any debris and is very pleasant to do business with. I used him on 5/2/14 for both gutter cleaning and power washing which cost a total of $225 for a 2,200 square foot home.

Description of Work: My very initial e-mail asked the service provider to call me on my cell as I wanted to discuss a specific time as I wanted to be there when the job was done (I did as asked list three time choices but still wanted to be there). Came home work had been done with an additional bill of $40 for extra gutter when I thought the Angie's List had priced the footage at less than my job. I was told he did not use a power hose, a blower or vacuum -- just cleaned by hand. Since I was not there I do not know if the second story gutters were even touched. I could see leaves still in the lower gutters -- he said he would come back the next day -- I do not have any knowledge of a return visit.

Description of Work: We bought one of the Big Deal specials from John since we had used him the year before to clean our gutters. He did a great job at the time so we wanted to use him again. I left him a voicemail letting him know that I had purchased a Big Deal and wanted to schedule an appointment. He called me back a couple days later to apologize and say he no longer provided service in our area (Fort Mill, SC). He promptly refunded the money I paid for the Big Deal.

Description of Work: cleaned our windows, cleaned our very dirty driveway.Also attempted to try to get the egg off our roof with a product. I told him I did not want to have bleach used on our property and he used a safer product without hesitation.

Description of Work: John responded to my inquiry for a quote within 24 hours. He pressure washed the exterior of my home and driveway, cleaned the gutters and did an exceptional job of cleaning my bluestone patio - looks like new again! I will definitely call John again for future needs!

Description of Work: Mr. Monroe pressure washed our home one afternoon last week, despite off-and-on rainy weather. We were very pleased with the quality of his work, especially on the back of the house, where the mold/mildew was prevalent.
