John was awesome- If anyone needs these services---John is the absolute BEST I was extremely pleased with his work I have tried to use others----many I had to ask to just leave. Pressure washed and concrete sealed John was on time we talked for a few minutes my wife wanted the steps and mailbox cleaned plus we had a small concrete pad in back of garage that needed to be cleaned John did all the extra things and the price did not change John was great to talk with and his work was great will definitely hire John again

The only issue I had was I did not get a response to my appointment set up. I got a quick response to my follow-up email. They arrived on time and did a good job.

This was not a quality job. The wood actually looks damaged and old now after the work was done and this is a new deck. I've learned that pressure washing can damage the wood which seems to be what happened. I originally chose this company because of the Sealwize product as detailed on the website. However, he did not use Sealwize, but something cheaper and the stain is still blotchy and uneven after a second coat. Be advised that he is now operating under a different company name but apparently still using the Sealwize website to draw in customers.

Perfect! John called me and set up an appointment. The day of service he touched base with me first. He is personable, friendly and punctual. The work he did was excellent, being careful of my house and plants. But more importantly he cleaned a spot that "the other' guy didn't touch and it was nasty. The quality of the service was excellent. I cannot express into words just how satisfied with the work performed by John Monroe and we definitely will be hiring him again. The price of the work is comparable to other companies within the Charlotte area; but what makes Sealwize stand apart is the combination of quality, price, and professionalism. We had all of the work described above performed within a 3-month or so period and the cost of the services reflect ALL of the services combined.

John was extremely responsive and my service was completed within a day. I have a tall two story house which makes it tricky for us to clean our own gutters - they also become very clogged due to the preserve that lines the back of our property. He was careful, quiet (as he cleaned around my office windows), and clean throughout the whole process. I will absolutely use him for all future gutter cleaning needs.
