Description of Work: Cleaned gutters. Only uses a tool to push out debris, did not flush the downspouts, gutters on the second floor poorly cleaned and not visually inspected since the said they don't go on the roof. When I called after the gutters were not draining well they said they would come back out but would charge me again.
