John returned my calls promptly and was very flexible in working around my needs. I wanted him to clean the gutters after I had a tree removed and the tree company had to reschedule. When he arrived, he was friendly and did the work quickly, cleaning up all of his mess.

John did an excellent job and I was very pleased with his work, his appearance, and his diligence in finishing the job. He came to the house on one of the hottest days we had but he stayed right with the task.

John was great! He was quick, responsive and knowledgeable. I called and he showed up less than 48 hours later. He showed me where some tree limbs were scraping the roof and damaging the shingles - he cut those back for me at no extra charge. He was just wonderful to work with. I plan to use him in the future for the routine maintenance needed for the gutters. Great company. Great service. Reasonable rate.

This is the second time John Monroe has done this work for us. Unfortunately, this time the finish did not look as good as the first time, but after a phone call he worked us into his schedule and redid the work. Rain coming soon after the work may have been the reason for the problem the first time.

I left a message regarding an estimate. He returned my call a few days later. He said he would get to the house within the next week. He was true to his word, showed up and did a good job. We will call on him again if needed.

John returned my call in a timely fashion, (1-2 days later). He gave me an ideal of what the cost would be, according to the size of my home. He was booked up, but came the next week. He left no evidence that he had be here. All mess was cleaned up. My gutters no longer run over and the down spouts are running free. I will be calling on him next spring!

John did a great job and was very easy to work with. I called him to ask for gutter cleaning. He swung by that day and called back with an estimate. He did the work about a week later and just left the bill at the door. It was very convenient not to have to be home and he did a great job.

John is first class. My home has a lot of dental moulding and other wood work. It looks brand new and freshly painted. He was prompt, and did what he said he would do and at a fair price. I highly recommend him.

Neat & tidy. Fast response considering busy season. Returned call in one day and did work 9 days later. (6/5/06) After stating "Within 2 weeks." A Clean Sweep quoted $145 for same work.

John did an excellent job. We had to exchange a few voice mails before we caught up and scheduled a time, but he showed up during the time frame promised and worked quickly. He quoted the cost over the phone and it was exactly the amount charged, which made me very happy. He cleaned up after the job, leaving only a few garbage bags next to the trash can, and was very courteous to my wife who was home at the time. I will definitely be calling John again for gutter cleaning.

John did an excellent job at a fair price. This is the second time I've used him. If it weren't for the empty bottles in my trash and the patio furniture not in exactly the same positions, I would have never known he was here except the house and patio were much cleaner.

John did good work and was very responsive to giving a quote and doing the work. There was a problem when he treated the deck and then it rained that evening. The finish was affected and did not look good. However, when I called and told him of the problem, he came out that day and retreated the deck. That took care of the problem and it looks great. He was also helpful in providing advice on cleaning another area of the porch wall.

I hired John to pressure wash my elderly mother's house. He returned calls promptly and came when he said he would. He did a great job and was quick. He was very polite and respectful to my mother which I really appreciated. We would hire him anytime.

John was polite, professional, quick, and responsive. All the work done by John was great. The only blemish, which was minor and the reason for the ''B'', was that he left the bag of leaves (one small trash bag) on the ground outside our garage. Other than that, excellent experience and would definitely hire again. As a matter of fact, we did hire John again to do some deck maintenance for us, as well - but that's another review.

Overall I had a good experience with John. I set up an appointment for him to clean our gutters, and he came over during the day and cleaned them while we were not home. Not having to be home while he worked was very convenient. He left a bill in the door, and we mailed him a check. John was very friendly on the phone and would return calls promptly. He quoted $85 on the phone based on the information I gave him. I told him that if he got there and found it should be more I'd be happy to pay more, he said not to worry about it, he'd just quote us a price for next time. Well after he got there he saw there were gutter screens (and maybe the amount to clean was more than he expected), and he called to say he would only clean them if it was ok not to have the gutter screens replaced, and it would be $110. Since he was still quoted less than others I had called, I went ahead with the cleaning. I didn't mention the firm $85, it wasn't a big deal. He did a fine job of cleaning.
