John returned my call promptly, gave me what I considered a reasonable quote for what I wanted done, and advised my that his job backlog was about 2 weeks. That was OK with me. Because an opening in his schedule developed, he was able to do the job within a week. He and his assistant did a great job on all the surfaces. the siding looked brand new; the screened porch and carport looked like they had been freshly painted; and the patio pavers looked like new, too. I couldn't believe the difference John made in the appearance of the entire exterior of the house! I'm not going to let things get as bad before I call him again.

This is the fourth time John has done the deck. As usual, he did a very good job.

I called John for an estimate, and he did not return the first phone call. That should have been my first clue that the experience would not go well. I called back several days later, and he said that he would contact me soon to arrange getting an estimate. He did not call back, and I had to call him again. He said he had computer problems and had lost all of his messages. He did come by and gave me an estimate. I agreed to his price, and he said he could perform the work in 2 weeks. He asked me what product was used on the deck the last time and I told him. 3 weeks after I agreed to his price, he still had not shown up to do the work, so I called him again. He said that he had computer problems and had lost my number again. He also told me at that time that he could not do the work because a semi-transparent product was used the last time. He did not have a problem with the previous product 3 weeks earlier when he had agreed to do the job. Bottom Line - 6 weeks of wasted time!

They were on time. Did a good job on siding and windows.

Overall a very positive experience. He was prompt in returning my initial call, and showed up for work in a timely manner. Very friendly and honest. The work was completed as indicated and we are happy to have a clean exterior of our home once again. I would highly recommend this company for work and plan on using them in the future.

John and I played phone tag for a couple of days before connecting. When we did connect, we discussed what needed to be done and he came out to the house to view it for himself. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The siding of our house is cedar and it had five years of mildew collected on it as well as on the gutters. Our siding is painted, not stained. We had concerns that pressure washing would remove some of the paint. John assured us that his method of pressure washing and his equipment, combined with the proper cleaning solutions, would not harm our paint. He called back with an estimate and we arranged a day for him to do the job. He arrived on time and did an EXCELLENT job. Everything was very cleaned and all the paint untouched. We are very pleased.

This is the second time I've hired John. From the beginning he's been friendly and professional. Most importantly he does good work, does so when he says he will, and his pricing is reasonable. I'd definitely recommend him.

John washed the exterior of my home a couple of years ago. I had him out to do it again this year as he mildew was beginning to reappear. He is always on time and does an excellent job.

John cleaned my gutters on a 2500 sf single story house. The job was not straight forward in that the house is on a sloping lot and some of the gutters are high. John was professional in all my discussions with him, completed the job in a timely fashion, and did a thorough job. I plan on having him clean my gutters regularly, and will not hesitate to ask him to do other jobs at my home.

Mr. Monroe arrived on time and did a very thorough cleaning of my gutters and cleaned up after himself. I had a blown out flood light on the second floor that he replaced for me while he was up there. He was very friendly, courteous, and I will definitely have him back for the next cleaning.

Told me exactly when he would be available when I called for estimate. Did the work when he said he would and did a good job. Explained to me beforehand what results I could expect with masonite siding.

John arrived at 9 and went right to work. I actually didn't realized that he cleaned inside too. That was nice. I didn't get other quotes because his seemed very reasonable. The windows look great. I hope it doesn't rain too soon. He was at my house until 4:30.

John is very friendly and conscientious. The house looks great. He was able to remove a significant amount of discoloration and mildew. He came back to touch up two white columns that developed streaks from runoff.

John was selected because of his excellent record with Angie's List. After selecting him, he arrived right on time and before starting had time to talk with me for a while. He is a very interesting person to talk with and explained a lot about the windows and other related issues. He completed the work on time with the windows sparkling clean. I will use John again.

We were extremely satisfied. We called John because we were moving and needed the house and deck washed quickly. John was able to get the job done within a week. John warned us that because we hadn't had the deck treated in such a long time that it was going to take longer but that the cost was ultimately dictated by the amount of chemicals needed. John spoke very knowledgeable about his trade, and the results look wonderful, especially on the spiral staircase, which he had to clean by hand. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and flexible. We would definitely hire John again.

We used John based on his high Angie's List ratings and we were not disappointed. He arrived when he promised and worked hard. He does love to talk, and we had a good conversation! His work was excellent and he did it a thousand times faster than I could've with that stinking Home Depot rental unit!
