Description of Work: The best money we have Ever spent! Michael was professional yet easy to talk to and welcomed my many questions! He spent many hours checking everything, verbally went over his report and within a few hours emailed the complete report with pictures and full explanations.

Description of Work: Mike is exceptional. He has inspected two homes for us this year and did a phenomenal job on both. The reason he has inspected two, is because he uncovered significant issues in the first one that helped us make the decision to walk away. Additionally, after he inspected the second home, we had a high degree of confidence in the house we are buying and feel confident we wont run into any unpected issues when we move in. Additionally, Mike does a great job of explaining his findings and getting the report in your hands as quickly as possible.
