 + -1 moreEVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY. THEY REPAIRED MY BRAND NEW TRIMMER, THAT I HAD MANAGED TO DAMAGE IN ONE SEASON, BACK TO WORKING CONDITION. THE PRICE WAS GOOD FOR THE SERVICE. IT SOUNDS AND RUNS BETTER THAN WHEN I BOUGHT IT. THEY ALSO MADE EXTRA EFFORT TO CALL MY OFFICE AND HOME TO LET ME KNOW THAT IT WAS READY.

 + -1 moreKURT WAS VERY KIND TO HANDLE A CHAIN SAW REPAIR ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS, GIVING A TWO-HOUR TURNAROUND, DOING EXCELLENT WORK AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE, AND MORE SERVICE THAN WAS EXPECTED. LAWN MOWER TUNE-UP WAS PROMISED IN 'A WEEK TO 10 DAYS', BUT WAS COMPLETED IN A WEEK. ONCE AGAIN, PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE, AND THE MOWER CAME BACK BETTER THAN I EXPECTED. IT NOW RUNS LIKE NEW, AND I'M PROUD TO RECOMMEND MATTHEWS POWER EQUIPMENT TO MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.
