MAID BRIGADE showed up on time and did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

They always do a good job. Two cleaners come and bring their own cleanings supplies.

A team of 3 ladies cleaned the entire house in two hours. This included dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised to find places dusted and cleaned that were missed by maids in the past. I don't think I've ever quite seen my house this clean before. I wasn't sure they would get to all of it, but they did everything very quickly and very professionally. The cost was a little expensive in my opinion, but they did such a great job that I'm not complaining! I would definitely hire them again.

It was good. They came out a while ago but they're doing a monthly service now for me. There was no additional cost. They completed the job in 2 hours. There were two of them. There were no unexpected issues. I am using them now.

It went well the floors looked great after they were done, bathroom floor , sinks, shower all looked great.

After the second cleaning the owner said they had to raise the price by 50%. We were first quoted on the phone, then before the first cleaning the owner came to inspect to make sure quote was reasonable. After the second cleaning we got the price increase notice and we had them come back once more to verify that they really needed the price increase. They where charging about the same as the previous service we had for years. The time they reported working here didn't match the time they spent here, so we canceled them.

They dust, vacuum, mop and scrub the entire house. They do an exceptional job I would highly recommend this company for your house cleaning services.

Office staff was extremely professional and responsive. Overall, I'd say it went very well. I'm just not sure that the team that showed up to clean knew they were supposed to do all of the extra work sucha as inside the cabinets and inside the refrigerator. They thought they were done before having to go back and finish.

I had such a great experience with Maid Brigade! The team was very hard working and pleasant to have around. They worked so h****** my house and I'm so grateful for all the hours they put into it. I will definitely hire them again!

This team of two ladies was very professional and efficient. They dusted everything, vacuumed and mopped the floors leaving the place with a nice sparkle. They also cleaned the kitchen, bathrooms, and he laundry room. I found very few places that they could have done a better job and they exceeded my expectations overall. I would definitely hire them again.

The overall experience was somewhat "Blurred". The advertisement gave 4 Hours Cleaning with the hours divided amongst multiple Cleaners. I had no problem with that and had 3 Cleaners for 1 Hour & 20 Minutes Per Cleaner. Overall they did a Fair Job, I had to point out some details but overall fair. The Challenge was the initial intake call where we Prioritized the Areas to be Cleaned in case Time was exhausted. When the Cleaners arrived they only represented Kitchen and Bathrooms. When I pushed back they then agreed to the Prioritized List Model, not just the Kitchen and Baths. As they Cleaned, one of the three was constantly on the phone. They were Latina and spoke the majority of the time in Spanish, but I speak some Spanish and it was apparent the calls were all Personal. They worked at a pace that ensured they only Cleaned the areas they stated in the beginning as they came into the home; Kitchen and 2.5 Baths, with 3 People and 1.5 Hours. I've had Cleaning Service in the Past with Two (2) Cleaners for 2 Hours and the Home is Cleaned to the same level these Three (3) performed. It would have been better to have a Kitchen & Bath Package and not advertise "Whole House Cleaning" because it's bordering "Bait & Switch". Again, they did a Decent Job for the Price and coming out on a Saturday. But the Description & Expectation in contrast to the Interaction as they came into the home weren't congruent. Then to Add the obvious pace to work only to the Minimum was a bit insulting.

They are prompt, professional and thorough when cleaning our home. They always communicate precisely when they will come and meet expectations. A pleasure to work with and look forward to continuing with their excellent service!

I have crew 6 and they are fantastic. Very professional and excellent at cleaning. The house looks and smells great when they are finished. They dust all the furniture and decorations, picture frames, light switches, molding, kitchen cupboards and vacuum the floors and furniture. It is a pleasure to have them every other week. I clean the bathrooms to lower the price.

They were wonderful. They did all the blinds and it smelled so nice when they were finished. The difference between when they first arrived and when they left was noticeable. It was an empty house and there was no furniture. They were very fast. They worked in total silence and didn't talk to each other. I kept going in and out because I was waiting for someone but there was no music and no earphones in there ears. They just worked diligently. It smelled so clean and it didn't have any chemical odors. It smelled totally dust free and they worked efficiently. They were incredible. It worked out beautifully. They were very responsive. They were right on time. They told me between 8:30 and 9:30 and they were there at about 8:40.

Very professional they started working the moment they got in the house and did not stop until they were done three and one - half hours later.

Fantastic service by Maid Brigade! This was my first experience with a cleaning company and they certainly exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, completed the work in the estimated time frame and my house was left spotless. I will definitely be using them in the future!

We recently purchased a home that has been empty for quite some time. I had maid brigade come out to do a one time deep cleaning so that we could prepare to paint and move in. When it comes to the toilets, those are clean and window sills were dusted. I also requested that they spot wash the walls bc they are filthy. They told me after, that it was difficult- and I understood bc some of the markings were from furniture being banged against the wall etc, that wouldn't come off. But seeing as how they couldn't spot wash they could have at least dusted or wiped the walls? This is just my opinion, but the walls obviously were no different and STILL had cob webs and dust on them so it leads me to believe "difficult to wash" but were not touched at all. They did wipe down the walls in the half bath like I requested and am happy with that service. But, for the amount I paid I wish I wouldn't have to go back over the upstairs and clean. We would have skipped the expense and done it ourselves.

I have used them for approximately 2 months. They do an overall great job but had asked that they use my vacuum cleaner as I am worried about other peoples houses being carried into my own. They used it but then complained after one time of use by saying "My vacuum was heavy and the nozzle for the floor was too small which caused them to take a longer period of time in my house". They were there the usual time when they clean both my upstairs and downstairs 1 hour 50 minutes. I kind of got upset because I'm paying for a service and will not use them again. In addition, the speak very little English which does not sit with me well. How do I know they truly understand.

We have had bi-monthly service with Maid Brigade for over a year. They do a great job and are always on time. The only issue we have is that when things break (ie: jet cover in whirlpool tub falls off) and require a simple fix, we find them on our own. In the case of the jet cover, we found it lying in the tub, it just had to be screwed back on. Not a big deal, but would be nice if they left notes for homeowners in cases such as this.

I like everything. The people at the office are nice and responsive. they do get back to you and follow through, which i had issues with 2 other companies not doing that. 2 ladies that come out do not speak English, but they do a good job and are very present and hardworking. Very industrious, and if we do have a problem they have a quality card that you can fill out or go online and give information and they respond to that. It's really very good. Had one problem at first, they were told about it and haven't had an issue since.

They are prompt, efficient and friendly. They work in teams, and there is no wasted time. Phone calls on the day before service makes sure that we're on the same page, and office staff are pleasant to work with. Overall, one of the best.

While 70% of the cleaning services were acceptable the other 30% were what caused the lower score and the termination of the relationship. Specifically, a wedding gift was broken, the gas oven was left on after cleaning and the gas company had to be called to make sure house was safe to stay in. Many times I was not convinced the floors had been mopped. The final straw was turning on the shower after a cleaning to have the entire shower head spread water all over my bathroom. I am not sure why the shower head would need to be removed for cleaning, but that was the end of the relationship. Buyer beware.
