HORRIBLE SERVICE. Save your money and go somewhere else. We paid over $500 to do a deep clean but forgot to clean the countertops, dirt all over the baseboards, cobwebs left on blinds and light fixtures. They called and asked for an extra hour ($150) for the downstairs and did not clean thoroughly. Ladies left with an attitude, made us FaceTime someone in corporate to show them what they did not do. HORRIBLE!

Last minute changes to time with no notice. I called them and they explained several callouts for the day. The ladies that showed up, were quick, efficient and did an excellent job. They cleaned the bedroom, closest, bathroom, kitchen including the oven, laundry room, dusted blinds, ceiling fans, wiped down light fixtures, vacuumed, etc. I was pleased. They did not remove all of the trash. As they were leaving, I heard one ask, if I tipped, after I gave thema check. Some customers may be offended, I was not but felt it inappropriate in my home.

As expected. House cleaned. We’re a couple things my wife wanted improved but pretty good for the most part.

They did a great job and were very diligent in their cleaning but beware homebuyers!! I did not know until they started cleaning that the shower in the master bath and the tub in the hallway were resurfaced and painted until they cleaned and all this **** and paint came up and nasty stains came up on the tub that couldn’t be cleaned!! I had to pay to have both professionally resurfaced!!!

This team was fantastic. They cleaned EVERYTHING. They did need to request more time to finish but I knew that would likely be the case before they started. My house sparkled and they cleaned things I didn't realize needed to be cleaned. Highly recommend and I will be using this service again.

I was fine with everything except a mirror was damaged.

Very well. The ladies are prompt and professional. The office sends out a reminder the week before your cleaning and a time slot to expect the cleaners the day before.

Crew of two did an excellent job. House was covered in dust due to sanding of floors. House looks perfect.

Very efficient and friendly to deal with. If anything goes wrong, they contact us immediately. Any time that something was dropped or chipped, they immediately inform me. The cleaning is thorough. Very consistent work.

The group arrives, does a thorough housecleaning and other than hearing the cleaning devices, I don't even know they are here!. Very professional and the same crew comes each time. The service is wonderful.

Not good at all. I was given a quote and once they got in the house they did not know what they were doing. All I got was all my tissue boxes fanned, bath towels folded as if in a hotel, toilet paper folded, 3 rooms vacuumed, then a phone call from there office wanting more money to finish cleaning... nothing was cleaned and the owner hung up on me after refusing to hear what I experienced. Not a good company at all.

Wonderful. A pleasure to speak with on the phone to schedule your appointment and add any special requests you make have. An excellent job was done inside the house as well. I have used Maid Brigade in the past, which is why they were my first call this time. I would recommend to anyone.

Things went well. The staff is pleasant and professional and did a great job both times. We will absolutely be using this company on a regular basis.

We have been using Maid Brigade for over 3 years. They do a great job and usually have 2 to 3 folks come. They are always on time and careful as we have several antiques in the house. If we are going on vacation or want them to focus or add services, dealing with the front office has been great, as well. I would recommend them highly.

My husband and I recently purchased a house and the previous owners did nothing to clean up before they moved out. I needed specific things done, including things that were not part of their normal services (cleaning out the (empty) cabinets), and didn't need other things (floors). The Customer Care Agent that I spoke with was wonderful and worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed and quoted me a price I was very happy with. I even called back to ask for additional services and that went smoothly and without a hassle. The cleaning staff did an excellent job as well. My new home finally looks new! Everything I asked to be done was done and done well. Maid Brigade was an absolute pleasure to do business with from start to finish. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I'm very happy with their service. It's like $110 for a one bedroom apartment. It's an on going basis, for a one bedroom apartment, so I spend like $75 every two weeks. I stuck with them for two years; they do a really great job. I think it' a little expensive, but I don't have to buy cleaners they bring them out, so that's nice. So, that's why I don't mind paying a little more. They come on the day they're supposed to, I'm not home when they come.

They take like two hours to clean on the initial cleaning make sure that everything is like spick and span. My house was pretty clean it didn't need to be cleaned for two hours, but that's just the way they are.

Excellent! I had contacted them on Thursday to see if I could get an appointment as soon as possible as I was only in town for a short time. I sent a quote request that morning and received a response later that afternoon. Unfortunately there were no appointmentas available for the time that I needed but I was placed on their waiting list and would i would contacted there was a cancellation. Friday morning I called to determine if there were any cancellations and was informed that they would check and get back to me. About an hour later there was a cancellation and they could meet me at my house within the hour. I informed them I was about 45 minutes away but would like to employ their services and if they would minding waiting about 10 minutes for me and they agreed! This speaks a lot about their wonderful customer service! 3 employees were provided and completed everything in 2 hours and 45 minutes. They cleaned all of the common areas and because I had move-in cleaning, cleaned the stove (inside and out), fridge/freezer (inside and out), and inside all of the kitchen cabinets and drawers. The ladies were very thorough, pleasant, and efficient! They were happy to go back by over areas I thought needed a little extra attention. The service was superb and I would highly recommend them!!!

Cleaning was fair. Flexibility was zero.

They do an excellent job - bathroom is always sparkling, vacuum the furniture, floors are spotless, and they dust beautifully.
