Very poorly - three people took two hours to clean a few rooms

The team cleaned my house. Mopped, swept, vacuumed. Dusted. Straightened. Changed linens on beds. Took out the trash.

They did such a great job that I signed up to have them clean once a month and it has gone so well! They are always willing to change the date if needed. I also have a cat that they are so good with!

They do a great job, and we are continuing to contract with them. They are very supportive around schedule changes.

They did a decent job. It kind of irritated me that one of the cleaning people used my kids bathroom. She went to my kids bathroom. She even turned the fan on and closed the door. I liked the fact that you can adjust the services as needed. I don't think I would necessarily go back to them. I wasn't really impressed. My interaction with them was okay. I don't feel like they were very professional. I had to explain to them what to do and I had to really emphasize several times what I needed. It turned out okay. They didn't do a bad job but they didn't do a great job. They should put a little more effort to it and listen more to what the client needs.

Excellent. Three of them were here on time. They cleaned everywhere that I expected them too including my fans, kitchen cabinets, light fixtures, white boards, all our bookshelves etc. I was very impressed.

The ladies did an awesome of cleaning our home. I would recommend them to anyone.

Maid Brigade would call and change the time/day of the service. One day they couldn't come to clean at all & they asked if they could skip this cleaning until the next scheduled cleaning. The past 3 times the house was cleaned we couldn't tell they had been to our house. We just cancelled our service with them and they didn't seem to care that they were losing a customer. We're extremely dissatisfied. 9-19-16

Excellent - very thorough - purchased this for my wife's birthday

Crew of 2 came and worked extremely hard and did an excellent job.

It was little things, like little details that were left. I do not feel like that took the care and the gentleness with my things that I would have done. There was limited communication because I do not think they spoke English. I could not convey things like for the floors but they never did anything but use water which I didn't want them to.

It worked out fine. I found them very responsive and so on. Those kinds of things weigh my response more than the actual cleaning they did because I was not there when they did the work. The work turned out fine. It was a fair price. They were on time.

I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's List to clean the house I was renting (so I could get my deposit back). I was not disappointed. The two ladies arrived early and worked non-stop for 4 hours to clean the 1400 sf house. The were very detailed and professional. Everything was cleaned and especially the glass enclosure around the the tub/shower combo. The work was done so well that my landlord commenting about how well we had left the property. I highly recommend this company.

The team was very professional and nice. They arrived on time and did a through cleaning of my home.

We last used them 2 weeks ago, we cancelled them because the contractors were here.

A rep witih Maid Brigade came to our home "2 weeks ago" to survey our home and provide a quote for cleaning services. To date (2 weeks later), we have not received the quote. We even called and inquired and still nothing. We've decided to pursue another cleaning service.

The 3 cleaners were excellent. They were on-time, professional, and courteous. We were very impressed.

The work was done quickly and well. Absolutely no complaints there. I was there doing other work and I remember being frustrated by the language barrier. I think only one lady spoke English ... or rather one lady 'sort of understood' English enough to get the gist of what I was saying but not the others. That's just unnecessarily aggravating. I might consider using the company again - but I'll make sure the people who come to my home are at least basically conversant in English.

I think they are excellent. They come here twice a month. They ask us to rate them each time and I have given them all A's because they train their people very well. I have been using them for a few years already and there is one person who is the lead person so there is always someone who has been to my house before. It is very controlled and is good. It works very well.

They did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
