Maid Brigade is a residential cleaning company that specializes in eco-friendly green cleaning. All of our maids are professionally trained, certified, bonded and insured. We offer regular weekly, bi-weekly & monthly service as well as move in/move out, turn cleanings and post constructions cleanings. We also offer small commercial and office cleanings. Description of Work: They Cleaned up the inside of the house. The team comes in and gets to work and in a little over an hour the house is clean, dusted, vacuumed and moped. They come once a month to get the house back in shape between our partial cleaning efforts.

Description of Work: I wrote for an estimate. When I received an email with the estimate i was pretty shocked at the price. I replied that the house was small and their estimate was double what I had been paying and all the services my current housekeeper had done, who unfortunately moved, were even more than they included for half the price. I requested a new estimate. I received no reply. I resent the email requesting the estimate and again received no reply. This certainly gives me a heads up of their customer service and was glad their failing to reply happened before any contact with them for performance of any work.

Description of Work: Initally, we used Maid Brigade every other week to clean our home for a charge of $93 per service. When our home was on the market, we switched to weekly. They do a good job and if they miss anything, will come right back out and do it again.

Description of Work: Two ladies from Maid Brigade come to clean our house for us once a month. They dust the chandeliers, fans, tables, chairs, and shelves. They clean the bathtub, shower, and commodes thoroughly. They fix the towels and the Kleenex in neat designs. They vacuum the carpet in every room. They clean the microwave and the stove top. They clean the kitchen sink and wipe down the refrigerator on the outside. They mop the wooden and vinyl flooring. | |I've been using them for many years now. I love that the ladies and the business staff treat me with respect and set out to do the best job possible for me every time. |

Description of Work: The ladies showed up promptly at 9:00 am. They cleaned the house from top to bottom which saved us a day to pack and move in on time. They were very thorough and even cleaned the base boards. They made cute little roses on top of each toilet paper roll and were very friendly in every interaction.
