Description of Work: They do a very complete cleaning every time with two to three person teams. We have them clean our house every other week. In the past they called and gave us a 2 hour window of time. This last time they did the notice over email with a four hour window. I think they are going from phone notice to email notice. We called and said we prefer a 2 hour window over a four hour window of time, so we will see what happens next time. We have not had a bad cleaning job over the several months that we have been using them.

Description of Work: I asked them to call me before they went to the house, but they didn't, and I needed to be there to give more detailed instructions for my out-of-state clients who were coming in the next day. The maids showed up earlier than they said they would, so I had no chance to meet with them and my clients were disappointed, because they had to clean the refrigerator and cabinets after traveling a long way. Communication needs to be improved. It was my first experience and I'm needing a maid service again, but I'm a bit nervous about trying this company a second time. My new clients are also coming in from out of state. I can't afford a repeat. What they did clean, they cleaned well.
