Everything went fantastic. They worked very hard and got everything done that I asked. I would defiantly use this company again.

I had someone else scheduled that didn't show and I called around and they were able to come out at the last minute. Everyone else was booked up so I definitely appreciated that. I might use them in the future.

It has been great! They are thorough and efficient. They come when they are supposed to and are very prompt. They come when I am not here and I have had no problems.

We have been using their services for at least a year. They are always on time and always do a good job cleaning. The workers are clean and friendly and work very hard. They are very dependable and trustworthy.

Service provided was not what was "sold" to me. Top of refrigerator and ceiling fans were not dusted. Eye level was cleaned higher than eye level was not cleaned. Mopping was not very good. Provided feedback each time and service did not improve. Franchise operator came out and we went through everything not done and he had team re-clean. Final straw was when I had to argue with company to be reimbursed for broken item. Would not recommend and told them as well.

They told me they would be there at a certain time. When they called the night before to confirm, the time was 45 minutes later. It was unacceptable because we would be gone. They arrived 15 later then the original. They originally quoted me for $400 but it ended up being $650. They did call me before they put in the extra time but I was shocked that it took three people five hours to clean my house.

Overall, Maid Brigade has always performed excellent service. They usually perform a deep cleaning for me one to two times a year. The only major challenge I had was that they wanted to use a mop and bucket to clean my brand new, natural hardwood floors (which would saturate the wood and cause buckling). They don't seem to understand that natural hardwood floors require special cleaning with special cleaners done on a small surface area at a time. Despite my numerous objections, I saved my floor by mere inches as they rung out the mop over my hardwood! Keep a close eye on the team if you have anything that needs special attention!

AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB. MY SON HAS TERRIBLE ALLERGIES AND WE REALLY NEEDED TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH DUST AND PET DANDER REMOVAL FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNERS. THEY WIPED EVERY SURFACE TO GET RID OF DUST FROM THE BASEBOARDS TO THE MOLDING TO PLANTATION SHUTTERS. THEY ALSO CLEANED OUT EVERY DRAWER AND SHELF IN BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS, AND IN THE KITCHEN IN ADDITION TO CLEANING THE KITCHEN AND BATHS. PRIOR TO THEIR CLEANING IT WAS VERY DUSTY. THEY DID SUCH AN AMAZING JOB. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL. EVEN MY REALTOR COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT A WONDERFUL JOB THEY PERFORMED. I LIKED THEM SO MUCH AND WAS SO IMPRESSED, I'M GOING TO USE THEM FOR WEEKLY CLEANING AS WELL.
