The ladies were very efficient and completed the services under the time quoted. I am a repeat customer.

I had a last minute need and they were able to get a crew to me the same day. The price is a little high, but I understand since they had not cleaned my house in some time. Their attention to detail more than made up for it though.

They were GREAT! The three lady crew came over and made my home look like it was in a magazine. It was beautiful. They took their time and asked questions to make sure that I was getting the service I requested. I would use them again

I called and setup my initial housecleaning with Maid Brigade. They indicated the first cleaning would be charged at an hourly rate of $80, and that they estimated 4 hours for my house. The cleaners showed up on time and stayed for just under 3 hours. However, they charged me for 4 hours. When I contacted the office, they indicated that the cleaners confirmed that they were at my hour for four hours and the amount charged was correct. I was at home with them the entire time, however, I had to show them my alarm log showing that I left my house right after they finished. They did refund me the difference, but I will not use them again. The cleaning was good, but at this point, I couldn't trust them, so I cancelled future services with Maid Brigade.

Everything is going well. The workers are friendly, efficient, and thorough.

The usual team that the company sends does a good job with the cleaning. However, they sent a different crew this last time, and we weren't satisfied with its work at all. I also find them to be slightly overpriced.

I am very happy with them. They always call the day before to confirm the appointment, are great at controlling dust which is good since I have allergies, and do thorough work. Plus, the quality of their work hasn't declined over time unlike other cleaning services that I have used.

Everything is going well, and I have no issues with their work.

I contacted Maid Brigade to clean my house - it had been a while since I had used a service for cleaning. They gave me an estimate over the phone and a date. The team arrived on time and was finished in the time estimated - the house was shining. They cleaned light fixtures, dusted blinds - everything was spotless. I now use them everyother week and have never been disappointed. I have a scheduled day and they call me the day before to give me the time they will arrive. Excellent service.

I asked for a deep cleaning for a home we have recently purchased. They answered the phone and were very responsive and polite. They did accommodate me with the date and time I asked for. I repeated several times that I wanted a deep cleaning and would pay extra to have all cabinets and drawers wiped out. They day of they arrived on time and got right to work. They needed and extension for the time they quoted and I approved the extra cost/time. When I inspected the work I felt they did a VERY LIGHT cleaning that I could have done myself. I have since paid another company to come and clean so my family will feel comfortable in our new home.

I have had several house cleaning providers that do a good job, but always say that they need more time, and I need to go behind them and finish picking up. That was NOT the case with Maid Brigade. They did a fantastic job, completed everything + extra's that I requested, in the time they quoted and the price quoted. For several days after they left, I kept finding things that sparkled that I had not noticed before. Great job and will use again!

The two person team arrived twenty minutes early and went right to work nonstop for four hours. I had hired this company based on your reviews. My wife was out of town for a week and I scheduled the cleaning for the day before her return as a Mother's Day surprise.Upon her return, she was thrilled with her sparkling clean house. She couldn't get over howclan her kitchen floors gleamed. The work was completed by team 17, who had to contend with three dogs, one of which kept after their vacum cleaner nozzile. They used a neat back pack model and don't mind pets at all. This was my first experience with a maid cleaning service, and we are very pleased with the service we recieved, and plan to use them again on a monthly schedule.

It was a good job. They dusted my blinds.

The sparkle of our bathrooms, and hardwood floors, along with the smell (oh, and the price) has made us so happy.

I had been told that the employees would arrive between 10 and 11 and they were a few minutes late. That wasn't terrible. When they got there, though, they went right to work and did an amazing job! I thought I had made the house presentable for showing but they put me to shame. I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The operator I spoke with to arrange the service was very pleasant and professional. She explained exactly what they would and would not do for the price she was quoting me. She also explained that if at any time they would need to exceed the price quoted, they would call me first. The work done was excellent! They cleaned everything very well, including cobwebs in corners, dust on ceiling fans and lights, they wiped down all baseboards, and all the hardwood floors were very shiny. There wasn't a single area that I felt they missed. The house was empty, so I didn't need to worry about security of my personal belongings, therefore they came to the house when I wasn't there, so I didn't meet the cleaning people personally. The company called to follow-up a few days later, and gave me another estimate on what regular cleaning would cost if I wanted to get on a regular schedule with them. I am considering this since I think they did a better job than my normal "cleaning lady". I would definitely recommend using this company.

It went well. The cleaning crew did get lost because they input the incorrect address so they were about 25 min behind, but once they came they were very friendly and well dressed. I would say the experience was very professional.
