Excellent work. On time, thorough. Marc was quick to respond to my request and fit me into the schedule.

The team of ladies that I had was very professional and super nice. They went right to work once they arrived and didn't stop until they had finished. They always did a wonderful job. I trusted them completely and have not been disappointed.

They call the day before service to let you know when they will be arriving. They are thorough and do a great job. I love that they were open to using my choice of hard wood floor cleaner. They also leave a survey each cleaning and are responsive to feedback.

The team arrived on time and worked non-stop. The ladies sang as they worked. This showed me how much they enjoy their work. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone. Very friendly.

It was approx $280 for the initial cleaning which took about three hours. I signed up for biweekly cleaning which is $118 per cleaning. They are punctual and professional. I am very satisfied with the service I'm receiving.

They have done an excellent job. We are on a standard schedule for the same time, day of week and crew. The service has really worked out well. Everytime they come out they leave a card so you can fill it out with how the crew did and if you have any concerns. We have never had any issues with the quality of the work or with the company itself.

They are very prompt, reliable and do a good job. They send out 2-3 people to do the cleaning who are very pleasant. The staff in the office is very responsive and helpful. They are consistent with their personnel, the lead person is always the same.

I think they do a good job. They always come on time and call me the day before to let me know what time they will be to my house. If I need a different time they are flexible. Usually the team is three people and it is the same people each time they come out.

Three ladies came and cleaned for about an hour. They were professional and diligent in cleaning. My wife said that she watched them as they were very careful not to scratch corners, table legs, and thresholds as they worked. One important note is that the house does not smell like a chemical factory as Maid Brigade is a "green" cleaning company. We have been using this service going on three years and have always been very impressed with their thoroughness and their competitive pricing. Thanks Maid Brigade!

I had one problem with them that you cannot get the time until the day before so you can’t make arrangements for the day that they are coming although they are only here for two hours. So they did not give me an appointment time until the day before and I didn’t like that. However, when they make the appointment, they come, they clean the house and they do a good job. I am on a yearly contract with them. It is a little expensive.

Upon being in the house for a week I have noticed what a poor job was done for a move in clean. I would have expected the baseboards to be washed not just dusted. The bathroom light fixtures were not cleaned. Many of the corners were still dirty. Again, I am basing this on what I was told would be a move in clean. There wasn't even any furniture in the house.

punctual friendly. had problems in communication as not english as primary language. The providers wiped and failed to clean to any detail levels. non visible areas were missed. expectations on washing baseboards were missed as they at best dusted baseboards. over door trim was missed. back hall was missed. I had hoped for a detail cleaning and received a basic obvious area wash. We keep the common areas cleaned they re-did what is commonly clean and failed to detail. Kitchen cabinets were asked to be scrubbed and were not, dusting was spotty. Bathrooms met expectations, however we expected a detail cleaning and were not provided such R. Atripaldi

they came in cleaning and did not waste any time. The crew worked heads down the whole time they were here. My wife walked through the house saying look how clean, the floor is so shiny, the baseboards are so clean and look at the clean counters and tub. We were very satisfied and will start using them regularly.

We have used them three times before and they do a great job. They will be coming out again in another week to clean. I like that they continually work the whole time they are here. They come out in pairs of two and here right on time.

They were fine. The work was ok, but nothing spectacular. I'm not sure that we would use them in the future.

Overall, it went fine. Omilia in the office was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We had requested extra services prior to moving in to a new condo. That included cleaning all of the appliances inside and out, cleaning the inside of the cupboards, etc. For the most part, they did a good job. However, they missed a few obvious spots. They cleaned the oven but never opened the drawer beneath and when we went to put items in the drawer, there were crumbs everywhere. Also, they did not clean any part of the laundry closet. The floor was dirty, as were the tops of the washer and dryer. We even found the previous owner's sock and dryer sheets on the floor! My only other complaint is that the kitchen floor still had crumbs and dirt in the corners and around the baseboards. They may have washed the floor but obviously didn't sweep it well enough before hand. It may sound very nit picky but we paid $215 for the service (it's a very small condo) and felt like their attention to detail fell short. We were not their to supervise so that may have been the issue.

We are really happy with their professionalism and focus on thorough cleaning rather than surface cleaning. The team approach works well for familiarity with our house. We like the reward system the ?ompany uses with their teams.

After another company failed to show up, the Maid Brigade was there to the rescue. The cost was high but do to the last minute call and they were able to scramble and pull a team together, was worth the cost. Would highly recommend them and I would definately use them again. Thanks Maid Brigade!!!

The 3 woman cleaning team showed up right on time, and took exactly the quoted amount of time. I am pregnant with twins, and I was pretty behind on the housecleaning due to being on bed rest. They did a really fantastic job, and went beyond my expectations. My stainless appliances looked brand new, and I have tried to clean them many times, never having that type of success, the blinds and baseboards are cleaner than they have been since we moved to our house a year ago. I will definitely use them again, and soon! They were somewhat expensive for the initial cleaning, but the subsequent cleanings are almost half price if scheduled within 4 weeks of the initial cleaning.
