Description of Work: I discovered my roof was leaking on December 23rd. I couldn't get a callback from to the company that had installed it a few years prior so on Christmas Eve I went to Angie's list and found BTR at the top. A very friendly and professional sounding woman answered the phone and set up an appointment for me the day after Christmas. Kevin arrived exactly on time to evaluate the problem and gave me an estimate to replace three vent collars. He set up an appointment for me the following day. Again the person showed up exactly on time and did an excellent job with the repair. This is a well-established professional company. I will definitely call them again for any roofing work I may need. Thank you BTR!

Description of Work: BTR was one of three companies I contacted to repair or replace my hail-damaged roof. They sent a confirmation email including the photo of the company representative that would be arriving at my home. Miley Parrish arrived on time and checked the roof of the main home and the out-building. He recommended repairs to the plumbing pipe collars and gave an estimate for roof replacement on the out-building. The estimate appeared to be fair and Mr. Parrish was polite, professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He even cleaned debris off the rear k-guard gutters while on the roof. While I did not hire this company, I will keep them in mind for future jobs since they are a general contractor.

Description of Work: New roof-was not the highest quality, but job was done on time and without problems. Until I got a lien of intent to place a lien against my property from one of BTR's suppliers. Of course I had paid my bill and they could not put a lien on my house, but it was somewhat of a shock. BTR did respond quickly and resolved the problem.

Description of Work: Everything was perfect. They were prompt,efficient neat. When they left you would not of known our gutters had been cleaned.

Description of Work: BTR came out and cleaned our gutters for the $99 deal. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend using them. They also did some repair work on a trim area near the roof line and was happy with that service as well.

Description of Work: BTR Roofing was the definition of honesty and professionalism. The owner, Dennis, came out to provide the estimate on a leak repair. He spent an hour and a half investigating the problem and educating me on the best and most cost effective way to solve the problem. BTR's repair crew came out while I was at work and called me to keep posted as to how the work was progressing. They even found a couple potential trouble spots and repaired those at the same time. Bottom line, if you need roof work in Charlotte, call BTR Roofing.

Description of Work: There was water leaking into my garage after heavy rains. Dennis came out and completed an inspection. He was extremely helpful and showed me several things that I could do on my own. He could have easily charged me for his time and solutions, but he didn't. It is refreshing to see a company help you to fix a simple problem before charging you for unnessasary work. Dennis was very friendly and professional. I will use his company in the future and reccomend him to all my friends.

Description of Work: I tried to do my homework. I went on to Angie's List to find a local roofer for a roof inspection and probable replacement. It just makes sense since all my neighbors have had to put on a new roof due to storm and hail damage. I took note that they were local and all reviews were excellent. I wish I could say the same. I sent an e mail to them, and received an e mail back telling me to call their office to schedule an appointment. I did this last Friday and had an appointment scheduled for Monday at 6pm. I was told that I would receive a phone call from the representative before he came. I came home early in case he was running early. Well 6pm came and went, as did 7pm. To make matters worse, I sent them another e mail on Monday evening, letting them know that the appointment was not kept, and I would be going elsewhere for my inspection. I would of thought at the very least I would of received a follow e mail, phone call as an apology. This also didn't happen. If this is how a potential customer is treated, how are they really treating you? Just my opinion.

Description of Work: Contacted them to repair the roof damaged by a recent dream. They never responded. It looked like a busy time for them but the lack of response was totally disappointing as other business responded timely.

Description of Work: I found this company on Angie's List and unfortunately was very disappointed with their lack of responsiveness. They were scheduled to come on 7/5 at 11 a.m. and never showed. I called at ~ 4 pm and left a message indicating that i expected the absence may have been due to the holiday. I have left 4 phone calls since then and have not gotten ANY response. This is extremely poor customer service. As such, I would not consider using them nor would I recommend them.
