Description of Work: new roof, appears well done, did have to have them come back and add something that was missed in original contract. Overall, responsive and good to deal with.

Description of Work: they were real responsive at first and when they did come out to do the work, my husband and i thought everything was good. he was home sick that day and didn't go check the work after them. he wouldn't have been able to see it much anyhow, as he is visually impaired. |i wish i had been home. |the only thing i should have been able to see is the difference in the old vs new paint. the boards they used were not the right size. and it was very noticiable. i emailed the owner several times and when he finally responded he said oh, i didn't get the email. it went in to my junk email folder. Well he said he would respond and eventually he did. Then he sent the guys back out to fix the stuff they did wrong the first time. we walked all the areas they did and then they got to work. It didn't even take them an hour and it would have been pushing it to say it took an half an hour. makes me wonder why it took so long the first time. They had started to pack up all their tools and i asked them if they got the door jam repaired also. they took a sander and try to make the wood smaller with it and it wasn't working. I said they could come back later ( it was cold and christmas eve eve) they said they would be back saturday and knock it out. |still haven't heard from them and i emailed the owner a couple of times and got no response. |At this point i don't care if they ever come back. the quality f the work was not worth what i paid. |I have postponed writing this review because i don't like to give bad reviews, but i had no choice. |watch them and make sure you check behind them. Or better yet don't use them. |I have copy of emails and pictures if you would like them |

Description of Work: Repaired dry rot in a bay window. Two very nice men came and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. Prior to their arrival, I noticed dry rot in a decorative circular window frame. I showed it to them, they gave me a quote right there and said they would need to return because of the round shape of the window frame. Very pleased with the work provided and would call them again without hesitation.

They did a good job with the items on the work order, and even did a little extra clean up with their leaf blower. | |I would definitely use BTR Construction again. |

Description of Work: Replaced wood rot, technician was nice but the bill was ridiculous based on the estimate I was given. NOT based on time at all like The Big Deal is. I purchased four hours- the tech was here for about two. I would not purchase this again and will not use their company again because I felt their billing was very shady.

Very honest assessment was given. Work was completed on time and on estimate. The work involved some modest wood rot repair plus roofing/flashing repair. Great job!

Description of Work: Repair leak in roof They came out and gave me an estimate, 1 week later they called to notify me that I had been put on the schedule for the 30th. A gentleman arrived on time and by himself to perform the work. Approx. 2 hours later it was done and it was right. I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend this contractor.
