Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $99 for Gutter Cleaning and Roof Debris Removal.

Description of Work: Nothing...I already told you I cancelled them when they sent me an email saying their quoted price had some conditions I didn't like. You have already refunded my charge.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 Angie's List Big Deal for Gutter Cleaning and Roof Debris Removal. They did not fufill the Big Deal. They did not clean my gutters whatsoever. Basically, they cleaned my roof for $100. I can't give them an 'F' because they did do something, but they were paid $100 for 20 minutes worth of work which is pretty steep. I have used them before and they were fabulous, but this year they used little clauses in the Big Deal to trick me. They offered repairs which I declined. I I will never use them again.

Description of Work: They did not initially contact me within the prescribed number of days after I placed the order,but once I called them, they were quick to schedule and arrived at the agreed upon time. The workers were prompt and courteous. The work was performed well, as far as it went. I believe they actually even did a little extra clean-up that was not in the agreement. However, I am not sure that they finished cleaning the drainspouts, as we are still getting overflow during rain. I guess I would have paid a little more money to get that done if the job was a bit more difficult than contemplated in the offer. I would consider using them again.

Description of Work: BTR did a great job cleaning our gutters. Initially I was concerned we'd be charged extra for the second story gutters due to a fairly steep roof and gutter covers. Fortunately the provider was able to use a ladder to reach them. Removal of the gutter covers was not necessary. I was very impressed with this provider and would definitely use again.

Description of Work: It took me three months to get an appointment for them to come and replace some rotted wood. However, once I got the appointment they showed up on time and did a good job.

Description of Work: They replaced some rotten wood around our outside windows. Once we connected, everything went well and we thought they did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Marty came on time, did the wood rot repair on 5 doors and was very professional. He did this fairly big job in less than 4 hours. I will use this company again. The whole experience from start to finish was great.

Description of Work: Cleaned Gutters. Arrived on time. Did a thorough job and did not leave any leaf debris behind at all. My sister was at my home when the service person arrived. She confirmed the quality of his work and said he had a very pleasant personality.

Description of Work: They face an estimate for total work which encompassed much more than we could afford. We are going to use them for a portion of the work in the weeks to come.

Description of Work: BTR sent a fellow out and he was very prompt. It advertised 1.5 hours of work. Now my roof is very old and very much needs replacing so there is only so much that can be done. He was done in 30 minutes and put a little sealer on a couple places. My only wish is the full time had been spent sealing and making any improvements possible so I feel the time was not fully invested.

Description of Work: They only cleaned out the gutters. They didn't clean down spouts. Said they couldn't, but other gutter cleaners had in past did. They were really nice and worked fast.

Description of Work: BTR replaced some rotten wood on both my deck and front porch and did an outstanding job. Also, put an elbow on gutter to deflect water to where it should go instead of running over the side causing the wood rot. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They made repairs to the wood siding on our house. NO mention was made of painting the replaced siding. They should have asked us to provide the paint for them that day and they could have painted while they were up on the ladders working. Now we have to get somebody out to paint as we don't have ladders tall enough to get up there ourselves. Also, not really sure that you can verify you are actually getting a deal thru the Angie's list deal.

Description of Work: Repaired flash fascia trim. They were honest, prompt, & reliable.
