Very professional. Redid the drainage by replacing facial board, new screws for guttering, cleaned out downspout. Great job.

I can't yet give a full report. I have an estimate, but I will update this once the work is completed.

I purchased four hours of work on wood rot (Big Deal offer) from BTR Construction in Charlotte on March 23. They didn't get out to my house until April 2 which was only to prepare a quote. They sent the quote later that day which I immediately replied to asking them to call to set a up date to do the actual work I have paid for. I later sent them a signed copy of the quote (April 8), again asking for them to call and set up a date for the work. I called them last Friday (April 11) to AGAIN request a call and as of 5 pm today (April 14) no call. UPDATE: Received a call and email the day after first requesting a refund from Angie's List. Stated they had the work scheduled for the next day. Imagine that.

It went great. The guy was very thorough. He cleaned up the yard too. I tried to get them back out again but our schedules didn’t match up. Their office manager was very nice and easy to work with.

We purchased the big deal for our daughter. We were very pleased with his service and he answered our questions. By the time I got there he was almost done. My daughter is the person who really dealt with him. He was bright and efficient. He did what he was supposed to do and provided help for information as well. We had an estimate for some other work that we had to do but we didn't expect him to do it. My daughter was comfortable with what he did.

After closing, they came out and did the job they recommended and for the price quoted. They were very helpful and a great company to work with. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my clients.

I wanted to have my front porch steps fixed. The process of getting the estimate was as expected. The first time they were scheduled to come, it rained. I didn't receive a phone call to tell me they weren't coming and they never called to reschedule. After I placed several calls to them, we finally got a second day on the books, and unfortunately it rained again. And again, no phone call to tell me they weren't coming or to reschedule the day. Eventually, I found someone else to fix the steps.

The whole thing was good. I didn't like how he tried to charge me $75 due to the roof being over a certain height. They need to let people know upfront on this charge even if he didn't charge me at the time.

They were timely, thorough, professional, and I would whole-heartedly recommend them for roof repair services.

They were very polite and professional on the consultation but the final price turned to be to high.

Two or three weeks ago, I was up in the attic and discovered that two of the wood panels were partially rotted out. I called BTR and a representative came out, assessed the problem, and agreed those panels and related shingles would be replaced under warranty ,with my only cost being the panels, as outlined in the contract. I have been calling them for the past two weeks trying to find out when they plan to schedule the repairs. All I get is their answering machine. I leave messages. They have yet to return one call. This is not the way I expect a provider recommended by Angie's List to behave. Do You? Can you please help?

After meeting with a representative from the company (Kevin) I was told I would receive an estimate for the work and a scheduled date of service. I was happy because this was a badly needed repair. Well, that was the last I heard from him. I emailed and called several times but never received a response. They did not even respond after they were contacted by an Angie's List employee. They had no problem taking my $99 dollars. I guess this is the way they choose to do business. What a way to run a company. Just wanted to give you a big thanks for wasting my time (over a month wasted) . You win the award for worse service I have ever received in over 10 years. On the bright side I found a responsible company that actually returned my calls and did the work. Avoid BTR construction at all costs unless you have 6 months to waste. Don't say you weren't warned.

Employee showed up on time and was courteous. Spent about an hour inspecting entire roof and fixed a few spots that needed some work. I asked for an estimate for a total roof replacement and he gave me one.

Prompt, professional, diagnosed the cause of leak and set appointment to repair it a few days later

Kevin was very helpful in selecting the style and color of roof. He met me over at the house as well as dropped off samples where I currently live to review. It was all performed professionally and rather smooth. Even when we gave him the Angie's List coupon he took it right off at the end without hesitation.

BTR was very professional in all aspects of their work. They arrived on-time, informed me of any potential issues, and left the work site spotless.

They made 2 calls 1) for analysis & 2) for the actual work. Arrived as scheduled and cleaned up the work site.

The initial impression was fantastic. However, when the roof was still leaking, I responded that we needed to have them come out per the statement-of-work. I did so in response to an email that was sent with the quote. Several weeks went by. I called the office to find out if there was an issue on their end and get feedback on a few questions I had about the scope. While very nice, the person I talked to was unable to answer any questions - which I totally understand - at that time as she didn't but the contract together. I was told that someone would be back in touch with me (namely, the person that put the quote together). It's been a few weeks now and I just can't see myself using them.

They were excellent! They came out on time and gave me an estimate. Scheduling was good. There was one guy here doing the work and it took about 3 hours to complete. I felt the price was fair for what they did on the roof

They came and did the job, and they did a good job. It took a while for them to come out and do it, because their email was messed up and he thought he sent me something, but did not. Then he was gone for 3 weeks, and when get got back, we found out that he had not been there. They did a good job after that, it all worked out. They came out right away to look at what we wanted done, and then they said they would get back to us with an estimate to do the work. I hadn't heard anything from them in January, and so I called them to ask them what was happening, and the guy who was supposed to send the estimate, was on vacation in Europe somewhere. When he got back a few days later, he sent the estimate, and I went back to him, and talked to him about it, and asked him about the Angie's List discount then he sent it back. I told him to set a date, and he sent another email asking me to fill in the form. It is a family company, and one of the guys doing the work, told me he thought they had problems, and he had sent customers emails, and they hadn't gotten them, and then they found out that someone had broken into their system, and blocking all their emails that they were sending out. He got nothing indicating that I didn't get the email. I will probably call them up for some future work. The price was very good, and they were very cooperative. They put one thing which I told them I didn't want, and they removed it.

I had them replace two corners on my roof and it went pretty well. It cost quite a bit more than the Deal but the end result was good. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. The workers were very courteous and respectful, too.

In the past I also had them re-level my gutters. They are not inexpensive; I felt I was paying through the nose for the services I was getting. Their workmanship was quite adequate and they seemed to do what they planned to do. We did not have any problems afterwards.

Shortly we received a call from BTR to set a time for the work to be done. Their man showed up on time and quickly completed the job. Everyone was very professional, polite and efficient. I would use BTR again. We have not had any rain since the job but I believe the splash guard will do its job.

It was simple to schedule an appointment and they arrived on time. Two technicians spent about two hours completing the work. They were very professional. They cleaned up well after the work was complete.
