Description of Work: They replaced 6 fogged double pane window and the windshield in our 2010 4 Runner. I have recommended them to 2 friends. One they told him how to fix his problem for free and the other is very happy with the replacment windows.

Description of Work: Glass Doctor replaced the windshield in my Honda Pilot which had been cracked by a rock thrown up by a truck on the highway. I went by their Matthews office to see if it could be repaired or if the wind shield needed to be replaced. Because of the size and placement of the damage replacement was recommended. They were very responsive and quick in scheduling the work, punctual on the day of service and very professional. Two weeks later the windshield of my pickup truck was smashed out by a large piece of deadwood falling from an oak tree. Once again I called them. Again the service was quick, professional and thorough. I am now talking with them about glass shower doors for my master bath and their estimating folks have been very thorough and responsive. I highly recommend them.
