I called they sent someone the next day to measure and give an estimate. Called two days later with cost and date when glass would be available. Arrived on day provided and replaced glass.

Exvellent work, came right away. What we thought was going to be a lengthy estimate because of a unique window they were able to get back to me that evening.

I obtained multiple auto glass companies from Angie's list. I emailed 3 companies. The Glass Doctor emailed me back and offered to come to me. There was no additional charge for this service. Also I was offered an internet discount. I had $500 deductible insurance and the repair was less than $100. The repairman quoted a time and arrived on time. He called before he arrived to notify me. He was professional and expert in his repair. He was also friendly and honest. He asked only for the quoted price.

acI called around and got some quotes. Of course I liked the one received by Glass Doctor. My original contact with the operator was nice and informative. I went ahead and set the appt. Just as promised, later in the day, I received a call from the technician to set a time for the appt. Next day, boom, I received a call that he was on his way and then boom, the call that he was here and already fixing before I even knew he was here.

I emailed the Glass Doctor off of their web site to have an appointment made for an estimate. They called me within minutes, and set up the estimate within the week. A very polite, courteous, friendly, and capable young man came out to say he could do the repair with no problem, and I was very satisfied with the price he quoted. He then placed an order for the materials, and within a week's time the same young man put in the new window and seal within 15 minutes. The window is warranted for five years and I couldn't be happier with the result and entire experience. We would not hesitate to call this company again, and also refer them to our friends and family!

I always like it when a company does what they say they will do it. I called for an estimate on a very small job, I even explained if they didn't want to do it I would understand. But, they scheduled an appointment to have a person come out and give me an estimate. They followed up with reminders of the appointment. They showed up on time when scheduled They gave me a quote I asked if he could do the job now he said yes he replaced the window in about 20 minutes and cleaned up. very professional, would hire them to do any glass work! The price was more than reasonable. The work was completed on time and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a good job and I am happy with their services.

they came and measured the windows, came back and installed the new windows. Quick and neat.

The actual work was done in March. They came out and did measurements in late February. We picked the type of glass and he said they would call me for approval to order the glass in about 5 days. We gave them permission to order and we told they would call us when the order came in. Two people came for the installation and it went well. We were told when it was all done not to use it for 24 to 48 hours to allow the sealer to harden. After two days, my husband used our hand held shower to "test" the joints. We had three leaks and the back of the door next to the wall did not have the rubber barrier so it was a huge gap. I called and mentioned the leaks, asked them to get the barrier and they said they would come fix the leaks and insert the barrier. That happened about a week later. Well, from the beginning the door never would close by itself. So I called them again and mentioned that - they said they would send someone out to look at it. That took a couple of days to get our schedule coordinated. They ended up turning the hinges around to get the door to close adequately to our satisfaction. While it took a long time to get it completed, we are satisfied with the product. It looks nice and works as it should.

I'm having a pool installed and there was an incident where one of my downstairs windows got in the way of a piece of pipe. Both panes on the top portion of a master bedroom window were shattered. My neighbor told me I would have to replace the whole window, due to the type of window I had. I had used Glass Doctor for a frame-less shower last year and gave them a call to see if they could take care of it. I told them it wasn't an emergency and they came out a day later to measure and provide an estimate. The next day they called with the estimate and we scheduled an install for that Friday (the day I requested). Unfortunately for the Glass Doctor, my adult son didn't show up to to let them in the house. My bust! The scheduler called back to reschedule and I set it up for the following Friday. Everything went great. They replaced just the double pane glass and it looks like new. This is the second time I've used Glass Doctor and they are always polite, professional, and friendly. This is an A+ company.

Great, they were on time. Took the old window and had the new window in place in less than an hour. Looks great. The new window looks top quality. Left no mess at all.

I called Glass Doctor and they scheduled a guy to come do the estimate. He came out the next week and it took about 5 minutes for the measurements & write-up. Received a call with the quote the next day. I Agreed to proceed. I paid 1/2 up front and they ordered the replacement. When the replacement was in, they called me to schedule date for the repair. On repair day they were able to call me at work with 30 minute notice so I did not have to sit at home and wait. The guy that came out was friendly and professional. He replaced the pane very quickly and it looks great..

They did absolutely great. He also cut a round piece of glass for a coffee table. I have used them for at least 10 years for glass cutting jobs and they have always done a good job. The man who came knew exactly what he was doing, which made me feel more at ease. He explained why the glass had gone bad (wasn't his fault) over the years. He wasn't in a huge rush and took his time, while being courteous. I have been very pleased with their work.

I called several places as I thought I wouldn't apply this against my auto insurance if the cost wasn't too high. (Unfortunately it was extremely high.) They were the least expensive at about $900, (others quoted $1000 to $1200+) as well as the only one that had it in stock. They were very helpful on the phone. Due to the cost, decided to apply insurance and found out they are my insurance company's (USAA) preferred vendor (through Safelite services, even though they aren't Safelite) and actually connected me right then via conference call to my insurance company to get everything arranged on the spot. I called at 9 AM and they said they'd get the window panel from their warehouse by 1 and would contact me shortly after that to arrange a time to install this afternoon. The installer called at 1:15 and was here to install by 1:30. Excellent job and service, with a lifetime (as long as I own the car) warranty on the panel and against leaks.

After a bird flew into our dining room window, it completely shattered. We contacted the Glass Doctor, and a technician came to the house to inspect the window the next day. He was extremely professional and courteous and provided an estimate later that afternoon. Once we confirmed that the replacement would not be covered by insurance, we were able to make an appointment for the window to be replaced within 24 hours. The same technician that did the assessment replaced the window for us. Once again, he was extremely professional and courteous. He thoroughly cleaned the work area and had the new window installed in about an hour. I would absolutely use this company again.

Glass Doctor provided very friendly and fast service. I was happy with the finished product. I will give them an "A" on everything.

They came out for a measurement -- ordered glass -- then returned to take out broken glass and install new glass. Very competent.

We had a broken window (stray lacrosse ball) and called the Glass Dr. They sent someone out the same day for an estimate to repair the broken sealed glass unit; we didn't want to replace the entire window sash. They gave us a reasonable quote, so we asked for a quote on two other windows that had clouded. There was a discount for multiple windows, so we had all three replaced. They had to order the sealed glass units, and four days later they returned to for the replacement. The work was fast and high quality. The windows look great. I will call them again if I need further window repair or replacement, and I highly recommend them. My only complaint is a minor one - the repairmen should get those shoe covers so they don't track dirt in the house.
