Called on a Wednesday about a window that had been broken. Appointment was scheduled for the following Monday (almost a week later). When the person arrived, all they did was measure for a replacement. Would take a day to give an estimate. No reason why it should take that long to get someone to just get a measurement. Also, person we spoke to on the phone when we made the initial appointment kept arguing that the window had to be double-paned, when it's very clear it is single-paned. Do not doubt the customer!

The installer was punctual, very professional and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly suggest using them to anyone.

Except for a minor glitch with the scheduling, everything went great! Technician took out the door, cleaned the track, replaced the wheels and placed a cap on the track. Door slides just like new. Technician was very responsive to my needs, was courteous and friendly.

It was awesome. The guys came right on time. They showed up and gave me an estimate on the spot. They ordered it and the mirror came when they said it would. They installed it exactly when they said. They were very neat and clean. They were very careful with moving furniture. The guy that came to do the estimate was really nice and the install guys were super, as well. They were very meticulous. They made sure that everything was perfect before they left, which I appreciated. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. I called and they set up an appointment to come and measure the size of the glass for the broken window. They were on time gave us a cost and ordered the glass. When they came to install the glass they were again on time and did a very good job on the installation and charged exactly what the estimate was. I was very happy with the service and results. I was also able to use a $20 off coupon from Angie's List.

They did a great job, very happy with the result.

The rep came to our house, discussed my request, measured and offered additional services/products that he could provide. Once we settled on what I wanted to order, he scheduled a return visit. The installers came a few days later and installed the mirror with no issue. I was told an additional piece of our mirror was on back order and someone would be by, or call, within the next few weeks to install it. About 2 months went by with no follow up. When I called to inquire, they made it a priority and immediately came out to install final piece.

All work was done quickly (less than 1 day) with minimal disruption. Installers cleaned up and there was no trace of debris or dust after work was completed.

We paid 50% up front 7 the balance upon completion.

They arrived on time and re-hung the mirror in the master bath which had to be taken down for a new double vanity to be replaced. I was told that clips should not be used and they used a very strong adhesive glue to re-attach the mirror.

They came promptly and did a great job..the guy was very polite and friendly.

Initial contact on 11/23/2013 (SAT) with answering service did not understand that we wanted it looked at that day. After call-back, Glass Doctor Technician Scott Hooper was dispatched and arrived ~4:30 PM just ahead of sundown. Cost of emergency call was $125 which was in addition to est. $570 replacement (didn't include Angies List Coupon Discount). Glass Pane was replaced on ~December 6th and required two (2) men and ~ 2hrs to replace pane.

Glass Doctor was very professional, timely, and the finished product was exactly what we were looking for. We contacted them and another provider to get quotes for four custom glass tops for furniture in our house, and theirs was the better price and seemed much more organized/professional over the phone on our initial contact. The glass tops were ready when promised and were exactly what we had ordered and fit perfectly. When we picked up the glass they took extra care to make sure that it was properly cushioned and braced so it would survive the trip home. All in all a great experience, would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again for glass needs.

haven't met with them yet. however-they run their appointments like the cable company..in 4 hour blocks. they refuse to set a time to meet. every other window installer has figured out how to set a specific appointment time and keep it. not a good first impression. rather unprofessional and lazy scheduling.

The project went very well. They measured the mirrors, ordered the frames, then came back and attached them.

Everything was fine. They showed up on time, cleaned up, and we were satisfied with the job. Christian and the rest of the crew were very cordial and professional. We did some comparison shopping and they gave the best price. Some of the molding around the glass was not perfect but they still did a good job.

Great service! They came out promptly to measure the glass then gave a quote quickly. After ordering, the glass was delivered and installed quickly!

Their quote was $413.64, so I went with Binswanger glass, they were much cheaper at $262.58.

The estimate and order was completed quickly. The installation was completed without any difficutlies.

From start to finish, it was a smooth process. From Tim and Justin's first visit to measure and estimate the cost to Matthew and Chris' s expert installation. These technicians are professional, courteous, and efficient -- upon installation, they even cleaned the windows. Now, that's service! I only wish they could have cleaned the rest of them. :-) I was also very impressed that the initial measurements were so precise that the decorative frames between the panes perfectly lined up with the rest of the windows. These days you do not always find such quality workmanship -- and care and pride in one's work. I highly recommend Glass Doctor and I am only sorry I didn't call them sooner. These repairs have been on the back burner for a while because I did not know who to call, that is, until I checked Angie's List. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Very well. Although they were a little more costly than the other estimates I received, I went with the Glass Doctor based on all the positive reviews, professionalism of the office staff and installer Adam who did the quote and install. Everything was done on time, there was some issues with the hardware (on both our ends) but they where gracious and worked fairly with me to fix. I would not hesitate in using them again as the people, install and quality surpassed my expectations. Thank you for a job very well done!

Broke a small 11"x14" single-pane window on our front door/entry way. Called Glass Dr. and had a difficult time scheduling (due to travel for us) but were offered to have someone come out and secure the hole in the meantime. Decided we could do it ourselves. Had a piece of single-pane glass custom cut at BlackHawk Hardware for $3.50. Was disappointed that Glass Doctor has a minimum charge of $125 to come out to the house. Granted, the new glass was stronger and professionally installed which gave us peace of mind. Technician was very professional and honest. Called prior to arriving. The entire job took less than 45 minutes. Would recommend and use again but for larger jobs.

we had a home window emergency...flying cellphone hit and broke a window....and we were leaving for spring break the next day! I called at 4:45pm...on a Friday *of course* i was immediately helped. They sent a repairman over within the hour. He took the broken glass away and fit a board in the window. He ordered the new piece. I felt secure leaving the next day. When we returned, the glass was in - they came the next day and installed the new window quickly! Only negative --- it was quite pricey to come out initially for the board up--- which i understand == my emergency is their moneymaker..otherwise no complaints.

It was nice and easy. They came out to our house. It was really conveient and great price.
