The estimator and installer were great. They were both good with my very nosey children and worked quickly. They made sure to show me everything they were doing before it was completed to make sure I was happy. Plus, they were able to work with many flaws created by the home builder.

I enjoyed the experience. It was two different jobs because there was a lot involved. They did a good job, cleaned up after themselves and did good work.

It was a great experience. He was very professional. There were some problems along the way with the repair, but he was very up front and honest with us. The prices were very fair and I would recommend them to others.

We called several other companies and nobody could do the job but them, it was a double pane window but only one got broken so we only needed the one replaced, they were a little pricey for that reason. They ordered the window pane and then came out promptly and did a very professional and nice job.

Should I have need of this service in the future, I will definitely call Glass Doctor again. I have already told several friends about my experience.

They responded same day, the office rep. was polite, the field guy was polite. They quoted the lowest price as $125, and despite me not knowing an exact size, they kept the price at $125 for the work.

They did an excellent job! The customer service was excellent from the moment the phone was answered until the windshield was fixed in my driveway less than 24 hours from the initial call.

We had a problem with the door a few weeks later and the company blamed it on me. He said that we slammed the door wrong or something, and it was very unprofessional. He lacked customer service skills.

The young men who performed the services were polite and hard-working. They had two very heavy pieces of glass to contend with and did a fine job. They were even nice enough to touch up the window frame on the outside of the house, as it did get dinked when they had to replace the transom.

My neighbor had used Glass Doctor in the past and recommended both the company and Scott, the technician. Scott was very friendly and had my windshield replaced in about 30 minutes. He wasn't the least bit annoyed that I stood there and watched the whole process, in fact, he explained what he was doing step-by-step. This company also warrants any cracks or damage for 12 months, with a free replacement. The windshield was perfectly installed and I would recommend Glass Doctor to anyone.

They were professional and prompt. The gentleman was running a little late, but he did call to let me know. He had to order the glass but it came back the next week and the job was installed within a very short period of time.

The technician came to my home at the time scheduled, quickly made the measurements for the window and glass panes, confirmed the estimate, and scheduled an installation date for the following week. The office called in advance to confirm the installation time, the technician showed up on time, and quickly replaced the window glass.

We had two estimates done. One before the old tile was removed and then one after the new shower tile was installed. Both employees that came out to do the estimates were on time and courteous. The employee that installed the glass was Dale Willard. He was very professional and did a wonderful job. The door handle and hinges match our new faucets perfectly yet we never told Dale what color to get. He made the match by looking at the new faucets we had installed. Which showed us that he was very detail oriented.

They arrived on time both for the estimate, and to perform the work. They were professional, completing the work as required. They cleaned up after the work completely.

The glass top fit great and was delivered in a timely manner. I wish they would have come out first to measure, but that would have cost a great deal extra. Thankfully, the measurements that I gave over the phone were accurate enough to get a good fit.

The window examination and measurement was performed as scheduled. Once they received the windows I was contacted and arranged for an installation date and time. The technicians arrived on schedule, promptly started the job and completed as promised. They were very neat and cleaned up as they completed each window. One window needed to have the lower trim adjusted. This was pointed out to me and they explained what they did and how they sealed the window to ensure there was no water leakage. I would definitely use them when I address the next set of windows.

Tim Gibson was the technician. Was very competent, prompt, neat, and cleaned up aftewards. Did a meticulous job even on the fine-tuning and caulking. The company manager, Mr. Sieber, was polite and helpful on the phone, easy to reach and responsive on scheduling. Would recommend them highly.
