It went excellent. When I called to inquire about it, they had someone come out the next day. They then gave me a price right away. They came when they said they would. Marshall and Brent installed the doors and they did a great job. Corey Fox is the person that gave me a quote, and he was very helpful.

The arrived on time, gave an estimate and a date they would return with the replacement glass. The replacement was a perfect match for the old glass and the replacement was perfectly installed. They were always professional and on time. I did not shop the price.

Glass Doctor was very efficient and professional with all aspects of their service. Easy to schedule, short turn around for delivery once the product was ordered, and the end result looks great. The fit of the glass top was perfect.

Everything was great. The installation took a little longer than I was told it would.

Great job from start to finish. I even threw a few kinks into the process. I needed it done within a week and I didn't have everything prepped before they came to template. They were easy to work with and did a fantastic job.

The service was very business like and friendly. I didn't price other services, so I couldn't say whether the price was competitive.

The day after a breakin to my car, a 2003 Honda Pilot, where the passenger front side window was smashed, I called Glass Doctor. The phone was answered very quickly and professionally. The person who answered the phone was very helpful. He told me that he could have a service person out that afternoon. I received a call when the service person was in the area, and he showed up in a timely manner. The service person couldn't get the passenger side door open to access the glass at first, but then was able to open the door. He changed the window, but told me he was unable to put the panel back on the door and that I would have to take my car to a body shop to have the panel put back on. He thought that perhaps the glass had done something internally to part of the door mechanism making him unable to get the panel back on. This was/is not a problem for me (although people I tell this to seem to have a problem with it). If there was damage too extensive for his capabilities, then having the problem fixed by a body shop seems reasonable to me. My problem is that the service person left a ton of broken glass in my driveway. I asked him if he wanted a blanet so that he didn't have to kneel in the glass in the car when he first got there. He said no. Later I was going to vacuum out the shattered glass, but when I looked into the car , most of the glass shards had been removed. " Very nice!" was my first thought. My bubble was burst when my daughter told me there was shattered glass all over the drive way. Not so nice!

Mike called before his scheduled appointment time ("sometime between 11:00am-2:00pm") and said he was available earlier than 11:00am and asked if I wanted him to come over. There was some confusion about the size of the glass to be replaced (partly because of misinformation I provided during the estimate phase), so Mike was prepared to replace a 22" x 64" window, when the actual door is 34" x 76". Fortunately, he happened to have the correct size glass on his truck and we were off to the races! The glass in the door was quickly and efficiently replaced.

They arranged to come, came, showed samples, and gave quotes promptly. The shower enclosure is beautiful and very high quality. (I did not opt for the "Enduro Shield" glass.) It does not leak (which we were afraid of) even though it is frameless. The door sagged a little after a couple of months, and they came back to fix it right away. Everyone who sees it comments on the quality of the shower enclosure. The mirror strips were installed adequately, and they were able to do it without breaking the large mirrors the old strips were attached to. I plan to use them for my next renovation.

They were prompt in giving me the estimate. They required a 50% disposit because the window was custom made. On the date of the installation they did not call and they did not show up; however when I called they were here within an hour and did an excellent job of installing the window. The work was completely satisfactory.

Great!!! It was a great exp. from start to finish. The guys that came out were so nice. The service man called to say when he would be there and he showed up at that exact time. The lady I talked with when I called to place my order (Bonnie) was so nice and helpful. The Glass Doctor is the only place I will call for in future glass needs.

Glass Doctor arrived pretty much on time and fixed the small crack and it looked better than we had expected. It was done on time, on budget and very professionally, we'll definitely use them again.

The tech came the day after I called and took measurements and priced the work. It took less than a week to get the glass panels manufactured. The office called to make an apointment to install them. They showed up as scheduled and did a good job of installing the glass. No problems. The tech also sold me a 1-year discount plan that reduced the cost of the 2 panels by substantially more than the cost of the plan. I have other windows to replace, so the plan will provide real savings.

Glass Doctor did a very good job. The people who came were very nice. They finished the job within an hour and they came a bit earlier. I may hire them again to do some other work in my house. They quoted the price on the phone after I told them of the requirements.

Extremely responsive to customers needs and wishes. I needed it done as soon as possible, since we were expecting out-of-town guests who would be using that shower. Corey tracked the product from ordering to delivering and the day it was arriving here he tracked it every few hours so he could reassure me it would be here and installed and have time to dry (caulking) before our guests arrived. Very pleased with that!! Installers were professional, helpful and friendly and the shower door is great. It was very unusual to have a service company call ME with updates, instead of me calling THEM for information! Will be using again in the near future.

They came out and replaced the glass in less than an hour and the installer was very personable and friendly. His work was very good. I will have them out again if we need them.
