Description of Work: This company did a roofing estimate for me. They did not give me a written estimate. I requested a written copy and was told that they did not give written that they dealt directly with insurance company. I told them I wanted a written estimate and was told that he had to check with management and would call me back. I have not heard from that company.

Description of Work: This was one of the local companies in the Charlotte-area that I asked to quote a roof replacement due the recent hail storms in the area. The estimate was set up in a timely manner and the estimator was punctual. The estimate however was over $2000 higher that than the other two (which came in pretty close together in pice) - the one from Dula was an outlier. Plus, I couldn't find any independent review of this company (AL or any others.). Ultimately, we choose another company tor replace our roof.
