Dula Construction contacted two days after a major hail storm to offer a free inspection of our roof. We accepted their offer and were very glad we did as we had experienced major damage to our shingles. They quickly started the process with our Insurance company and worked very quickly with our adjuster to come up with a fair settlement and solution to replace our roof. Dula, then worked with us in regard to selection of materials and the schedule in which it would be completed. They repaired the roof on time and did not invoice until we were completely satisfied with the work. After two weeks, they came back to inspect the roof and inquire if we had any issues which we did not. Overall, they were great work with.

He got real good quality workmanship there and the roof has been doing great. When they cleaned up it was like they were not even here; it was amazing and they did a really good job. They are trustworthy, honest and are hard workers. They are a little more expensive but are really good and he will use them again in the future.

Great! The team doing the roofing was organized, efficient, and capable. In addition, they did an excellent job in cleaning up after themselves.

Their estimate was much higher than what we had looked at. I ended up using another company. They didn't really do any quote; they just said that they would honor my insurance quote and that seemed kind of shady. They are not trustworthy.

They did a good job. I thought that they were prompt. I thought that their work team did a good job. They seemed to work very hard. They immediately addressed any concerns we had. They did follow up with us to know if we were pleased. They just were very customer service oriented. I thought that the particular team of gentlemen who did our roof was good. I would definitely use them in the future if I had a need. I would definitely grade them highly across the board.

Slow to get started due to contractor's backlog. However project was completed as specified and quality of work appeared to be excellant. Any issues I raised during the project were resolved professionally and timely. Small scope changes were done at a fair price. This contractor worked well with the insurance company for the scope covered by the policy and with me for the added scope of my exterior upgrade. I would recommend Dula Contruction for exterior work on homes.

Overall, my experience was very good. They replaced the roof in one day. The quality appears to be very good. It has rained several times since the job was completed and I've had no issues with leaks. There was very little trash in my yard after they were finished. Communication during the process was not great, but more than offset by the price and quality of the job. I would hire them again.

My Brother and niece just had their roof replaced by Dula and they recommended them to me. I worked with Chris and Kim and they were wonderful. After calling Dula, Kim called me right away to set up an appointment to inspect my roof. After Chris inspected the roof he recommended that I get in touch with my insurance company to see if they would cover some of the cost. After working with my insurance I called Dula to come out and replace my roof. Chris and Kim were always on time and professional. They explained everything that would be replaced, went over material options and the process. Once the materials were delivered they came back out to check and see that everything was delivered and ready for the work to be done. The roof looks great and they did a great job with clean up and made sure that there were no nails or debris in my yard. Dula was fair in their pricing, professional, returned calls quickly, always showed up on time and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Dula Construction came out and gave us a quote. Came shortly thereafter, when it fit into both our time schedules to replace the roof. They arrived at 7am and got to work. They are very professional, efficient and took care not to damage our landscaping etc. in the process. They put down tarps to catch all of the debris and nails. The work was completed by early evening. We had neighbors with bare roofs for 2-3 days and were thrilled that ours was finished in a day. Not only because we didn't want the bare roof exposed in case of rain, but also due to the inconvenience of having all the mess and supplies in the driveway. I highly recommend Dula and have to 3 other neighbors, who were pleased with their work as well.

Phoned Dula to arrange for roof replacement. Ins. co has sent check. Dula and quot;employeeand quot; phoned we made appt. They, man and woman, arrived on time; Very and quot;casuallyand quot; dressed in gym sweats; gave verbal estimate only based on insurance measurements. After questions with some vague but sincere answers, I learned they are not employees but part-time independent agents for this Dula. Unknown exactly who will actually perform work but were told probably won't be able to communicate with them unless I speak Spanish. I have 2 additional written estimates. Dula and quot;guessand quot; almost 20% higher than last one. Yo no desario Dula!

Estimate was way higher than three others we received.

Dula was great, they came out on time, completed the work in one day and they did a great job of cleaning up the yard afterward.

Dula dealt with our insurance company making it very simple for us. The negotiations with the insurance company were rocky and somewhat unprofessional but that did not impact us.

We started the end of October, first of November. We went with the James Hardi color siding and Dulas' windows. The siding went well as did the windows. We had a problem with the kitchen window over the sink as we could not open the window over the sink as it did not have a and quot;lipand quot; at the bottom of the window as did the old windows. John switched out the window with a longer one that would allow us to reach the window in order to open it. The person John had to pour the sidewalk did an awesome job. My landscaper suggested that we put a curve in the side walk as we had taken out some trees and were able to do that. The concrete installer worked with us to have that curve and the results are great. We decided that we wanted a metal roof over the front porch and saw a design on a house on another house in an ajacent neighborhood. We just happened to be home when the framer came to frame out the roof and his design was no where near what we were looking for. We took the framer to the house and he then was able to frame out the roof. This was in December, 2010. They then finished out the roof with the exception of the metal as that had to be ordered. The roof was finally finished in April, 2011 and it is great. The last thing that we had done was the gutters replaced. When they replaced the downspouts, they left off one from the garage. I did not notice that until we had some really big rains and the rain was sheeting off the roof and not even going into the gutters. I called John and they came out an installed the downspout. This worked ok until i went to add gutter extentions so that the water drained onto the driveway instead of into my flowerbeds. I then discovered that the angle of the downspout made it impossible for me to add any extensions. I had to call again and they came out again and corrected this problem. I was then able to add the gutter extensions. Now that all the work is done, the house is great. While the house was under construction, people would stop in front of the house and tell me how great it was looking. And it does look great now that the outside is all done.

I called the main office of Dula and left a message with the young lady answering the phones in an attempt to set up a site inspection of my roof and quote. I was told that someone would call me back to firm up an appointement time. I called several companies and Dula was the only company that never called back. I have since contracted with another angies list approved vendor. Just disapointed with the response from a company that is pushing as much media marketing in the area.

We had wind and hail damage to our roof from a storm in the spring. Dula came out and assessed the roof damage and stated that we need to have it replaced. The insurance adjuster came out and confirmed their assessment. Dula's rep was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. After receiving the claim information, Dula's rep came out and worked with our payment and we were able to get a new roof without any additional money out of our pockets. The insurance adjuster missed several items on the claim and Dula's rep was able to get it worked out directly with the insurance company and got the extra money needed for the claim. Dula was able to complete our roof quicker than originally stated. We have a 2/3 story roof, and their crew showed up around noon on Thursday and finished by 8:30 Friday morning. The area around the house was left very clean. The crew accidently broke one of our landscape lights, but the cost was taken out of what we owed them. Overall, a pleasant experience and would definitely use them again!

The team was meticulous and cleaned up themselves, after the job. They were punctual and their workmanship was good. The material was delayed; hence the job was a little delayed. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They did the work but were unprofessional and not forth coming with actual estimates and only match your insurance figures. Every time someone called or contacted us it was a different person who and quot;was just filling inand quot; for the previous party...not very consistent or professional! Then I get threatening and quot;Final Noticeand quot; mail from them when I haven't heard anything from their company since the last guy left my house with my signature for the job completion form so my insurance carrier could complete the claim...unprofessional!!!! I will never recommend this company again!

Dula Construction was very professional and quick to respond after a recent hail storm that damaged several roofs in the area. They assessed the damage and agreed to give us a quote without any pressure of signing a contract up front. They provided us with several references so we could make sure they were a professional company and not a fly by night construction company that shows up at your door after storm damage. Several of my neighbors did their due dilligence and after reviewing their quote and what our insurance appraiser gave us, we decided to go with Dula Construction for our repairs. They were able to work with our appraiser to point out several items that he missed. I actually discovered a few areas that both of them missed and Dula was able to work with the appraiser to address those items also. Dula, has a few items that need to be finished but they were able to repair the roof in a timely manner as to prevent further damage inside the house. As things slow down, I am confident they will finish the remaining items.

They work with the insurance. It's a big company. It's been in the business for 35 years, and that's why I chose them. I was very happy with them. They were very professional. I would recommend them. I actually had something that I was not happy with certain installation above the bay window. It was not done properly, and it wasn't their fault. It was due to the way builder did something. They actually came back and fixed it for me. I was satisfied with their service.

This is the second time I've used Dula. The first was about 5 years ago with maintenance free siding. This is a family run business and I find them all very responsive, informative, and friendly. They replaced all windows in my house (32). It began with a visit for basic measurements and a demonstration of the windows (Viewpoint). After a quote was delivered and accepted, it took 2 days to replace the majority of the windows. On the first day, all of those windows were replace. They worked around me (I work from home) and removed all old windows and debris. On the second day, they worked outside to install of the trim. There were ordering issues with some of the windows. They did not require me to pay anything down until ALL windows had been installed (the final 2 were delivered a few weeks later). I will continue to use Dula in the future!
