Concrete Craft of Charlotte

This is the second time I have used AA Decorative Concrete and they did a great job again! I called Jake to install a patio at my new house but this time I added a lot of complexity! I decided a wanted a patio to be stamped to look like an rustic deck and then I added a large grilling island and fire pit on top of the patio. The crew knew exactly what to do to provide the deeper footing needed for the stonework and dealt with removing the small builder patio. I also added some sq footage at the last minute. This was not an easy job but they handled it like pro's and left me with a beautiful patio that looks like a wood deck but is low maintenance and durable as concrete. Couldn't be happier, if I ever move I am sure I will use them again!!!

It went very well and we are thrilled with the outcome. The work was done by two young guys who were very professional and helpful. They helped me move heavy items out of and into the garage. The only reason I did not give them an excellent on quality is the finish coat is thicker in some spots but is not an issue overall.

Good product and they helped us with the price. Overall we are happy. The process would have gone more smoothly if the two helpers had been supervised as they left before the job was complete and the owner had to make two trips back to finish the work. After the driveway was complete I talked to the office twice about doing our front porch and asked for an address of someone who had used their services. The wife promised each time to email us the address and also the name of a product we should use to seal the driveway extension once-a-year. I did not receive that information. Initially I did pass on their names to several neighbors. We have received compliments about the end results.

AAC ran a special discount on Angie's list. They were able to visit within a day or two of my inquiry. AAC arrived on time for the inspection. They were informative, and spent extra time for "what if" questions and other project ideas. The job requirement was conventional for their specialty so I was able to receive the estimate on the spot and they included color literature. I have had other work on the garage underway preventing floor work as yet.

Called Patrick Godfrey to see if he could help us with an unusual request for creating concrete pedestals for large sculpture. He was very responsive by coming out to our site within a couple days. Patrick was creative in his suggestions for what would look best for the pieces. The estimate was very reasonable as compared to other estimates we had been given. Then his crew were on site doing the work within a few days. They performed perfectly and we are thrilled with the results. Thanks Patrick! Would use them again and recommend to others.

First, I have to say that I am admittedly a discriminating customer and probably held a higher standard of quality than others might for a garage floor. We had the floor done before moving in. Upon inspection I felt the topcoat needed some more work. I discussed my concerns with Patrick. To their credit, AADC didn't debate whether it was right or wrong, they simply said 'we will take care of it and won't be done until you're happy' or words to that effect. Patrick sent Chris out to do the touch ups. He showed at the requested early, early hour, explained what we would be doing, how long it would take and asked if I had any questions. Chris was tidy, efficient and thorough and left things in good order when done. While it may have taken a little more effort on my part than I'd have liked, The end result is a beautiful garage floor and it was well worth the effort. The test of a quality company is how they handle a problem. I would give AADC an A+ in that regard and because of that I can recommend them and state that I will use them again when it's time to re-surface the driveway.

I contacted this company because of the coupon and their rating. The job was straightforward. The company was backed up so it took about one month after I signed for the installation. I chose the "latte" color. Many people have complimented me on the look of the floor

Excellent service, quick job, professional, no issues.

We met with Jake to get an estimate for a stamped overlay. During our meeting we discussed design possibilities and layout of a new concrete extension. After discussing with Jake, we determined we could add a larger concrete extension that would look better than our original plan. We were pleased with the estimate as it was lower than our other 2 estimates we had received with smaller extensions. Based on our meeting, price, and Angie's List rating, we decided to hire All American Decorative Concrete (AADC). The extension pad was poured 4 weeks after hiring AADC and the overlay and stain was completed approximately 5 weeks later. The crews were professional, polite, and left the area clean each time. The staining crew were patient in working with us to stain the overlay to our preference. In the end, we were very pleased with the result and with our choice of All American Decorative Concrete. They installed a medium length press partterned walkway with custom designs. The owner is very sharp and professional. They survey the land for water runn off angles before they start the work. They have different colors to choose from, and lots of pictures to help you decide. We were very pleased with how it turned out. The owner was on the job site both days that they were there working, making sure that we were satisfied.

I contacted All American to schedule someone to come by for a quote via their website. Someone called me back same day, and the lady with whom I spoke was incredibly nice and helpful. She scheduled someone within a few days to come by the house. Jake worked with me on design and quote. He was very prompt and was able to answer all my questions. He knew we were anxious about getting the patio complete so he also worked with me on the scheduling and was able to fit me in earlier after someone else had to reschedule. We are thrilled with the way the patio turned out. It took about a day and a half. Due to afternoon rain on the second day, they had to quit early, but came back as soon as possible to finish the job. Overall, we are very pleased and would definitely use this service in the future for any additional projects.

This company is top notch from the estimate call to the installation of our stamped concrete patio w/ a retaining wall. We are one of those families 'if it can, it will' and for once it didn't go wrong. The installation went smooth and the product was perfect. Even when we decided to go larger the morning of, Patrick and his team delivered on time despite the heat/humidity and the change. He even helped us move our grill and smoker onto the patio. They did an excellent job. I am very happy with them. They were very accommodating; they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the work. He was very patient and made sure I was happy with everything.

Met with Jake at our new home to discuss epoxy for our garage floor. He is energetic, enthusiastic and very friendly. He explained the procedure and offered options. We scheduled the job for the following week. He then met us at a later date, so we could chose a color. Patrick and his crew arrived on time and got right to work. They worked around another contractor that had boxes of hardwood in the garage, and waited for him to move the boxes inside. As I looked at the color I chose, and the color of the house, I asked if it would be a problem to change the color at the last minute. Patrick happily accommodated my request. He finished prepping the floor, while one of his crew drove the 45 minute round trip to get the new color. The final product looks great, and it only took a little over 1 day. We would definitely use them again, and recommend AADC to anyone. Thanks Patrick and Jake!

It went well. Patrick met with us and gave a free estimate. Since we were having the patio done as well he gave us a great deal on the driveway compared to other quotes we received. Even though the square footage didn't meet the patio didn't meet the minimum for the angie's list coupon he pro-rated the coupon based on the actual square footage giving us even more of a break. He showed up at the beginning of day 1 with his crew. They handled the driveway first. The crew leader "Abel" noticed the bottom of most of the driveways in our neighborhood had an angled piece on either side at the bottom but our initial plan did not. So we talked about it and added it to the plan. Our mailbox was in the way so they even moved that free of charge. Still on day 1 they formed out the patio in the back and made sure we were happy with it. They put plywood down on our grass where the small stand-behind bobcat needed to go to get to the back yard to minimize any damage to our lawn, The form was approved and they poured/stamped the concrete still on day 1. They cleaned up the site and let me know someone would be by tomorrow to seal the patio and to stay off the driveway for a week. The next day in the afternoon (so the patio concrete had time to set), another person came by to seal the patio. It took about an hour and he provided me with verbal care instructions. We stayed off of it until the next day when I moved by chiminea, grill, smoker and some chairs off of our wooden deck and enjoyed a nice fire that evening,

It went perfectly. They were very professional from our initial contact when we were selecting the pattern, etc. They arrived on time and did a beautiful job. They were here when scheduled. Their main concern was our satisfaction with the work they did. You could not have a better experience than we had with this company.

These folks are exceptional. Patrick and his crew were responsive to my many questions, verbal and email, prior to contracting with them. On the appointed day, the crew was punctual, courteous, and professional. Both the patio job and the epoxy garage job were outstanding. The two jobs together took only two days. Crew was well dressed, respectful, great to deal with. Would consider no other company other than AADC for future work. Highly recommended. I am told I am a bit demanding in the quality of work done on our home and this is one of the only times I can say I had no issues with the end product. Really good!

The guys were on time and very polite. The project was completed in the one day that was quoted to us, and Patrick and his crew worked up until 8pm to get the job completed. The floor came out perfectly and is exactly what we asked for! Thank you Patrick!

Patrick provided us with excellent service His response to our initial inquiry was quick. We are currently renting our home in NC and Patrick was very accommodating for a time to meet since we currently reside out of state. He was knowledgeable and professional. The job was completed in a timely fashion although there were delays due to weather (out of Patrick's control). Due to weather there were a few issues that required touch ups. Patrick was able to correct them and do so willingly We plan to have additional work done by Patrick in the near future.

From initial contact to completion of the job, Patrick was great to work with. He went by the home prior to us closing and assessed the work area and provided a fair/reasonable estimate. His crew was ready to do an install the day we closed on the property, however, we did not close until the late afternoon and that would not have allowed ample time for his team to work. They arrived as promised the following morning and thoroughly cleaned the area. The entire process took two days to complete, but I was never inconvenienced by any of it.

He was on time and I left the garage open for him and left for work. When I came back the first part was done, he came back after 2 or 3 days to finish it off. He even came back after a few weeks to fix rough spots. When he came back to do so, he not only fixed the areas that I found, but he looked for them and fixed them. He got down on his kness and hands and scanned the floor surface using his hands to find the uneven rough poking spots and fixed them...wow!!! He was very friendly and the cost was reasonable. He answered all my questions patiently. I am planning to hire him again to do the front and back patios when I am ready. I definitely recommend him.
