Clean Sweep Chimney Solutions

They did work one time. Just recently I thought something else was wrong with the fireplace but they stated that it did not need cleaned at the time so they did not charge me anything for coming back out. That shows good integrity. I would hire this company in the future.

We called and left a couple of messages over the weekend, they returned our calls promptly on Monday morning and asked if we were available in 35 minutes - we were impressed! Mike was very punctual, polite, informative and very willing to entertain my 2 year old son's questions. He cleaned everything as promised and showed me what might need some maintenance over the next few years, plus gave me some helpful hints about how to minimize build up in the chimney. We have enjoyed many fires since Christmas Eve this year (and we didn't burn any wrapping paper because the ink isn't great on the chimney :-) The dryer is working better now too.

They were wonderful. They worked out a payment plan with us to accommodate us, and we were extremely happy with them.

We had a sweep done four years ago, and I concluded it was time for another based on the information on their website. Besides, we had been told four years ago that our chimney showed signs of deterioration and I wanted an update. They arrived on time, swept the chimney (no mess or dust in the house at all) and took pictures. The bad news is that the deterioration has continued and they encouraged us to consider putting in a liner. They promised us more information and quotes on the options available but we have not yet received anything. It will only be a week tomorrow, and they said it would be a few days before they could get it out, so I'm not impatient for it yet. They had quoted $100 for cleaning the dryer vent, but when they looked at it they told my husband that it was so extremely short and took so little time they only charged us $50. I had also requested that they do an estimate for the gutters, and to clean them if they had time. Well, this apparently includes blowing off the drive, bagging all the debris, etc. Since my husband was the one at home, he told them all he really wanted was someone to get the stuff out of the gutters, and he could do the rest. So, they cleaned out the gutters (which they said were mostly clean), blew off the roof and checked the downspouts to make sure they were clear, for $55, and my husband did all the clean up. We really appreciated that they would work with us to accommodate our needs and let us be cost conscious and save money by letting us do the things that we could. We were very happy with their services and will definitely call them again.

They arrived at the time they said they would. They did the work they described on the estimate. They worked in a timely fashion and did a great clean up. They gave us information as to what to look for on future repairs.

I was extremely pleased with the gutter and downspout cleaning. Did our 2-story house for $135. Cleaned up after himself. My complaint is with the dryer vent. The dryer is about 5 feet, or less, from the outside wall. The charge to clean this was $150. That's more than the gutter! That's just crazy to me.

Daryl and Mike came out the same day to give an estimate on cleaning our gutters. We have covers on our gutters, which made several companies not want to do the job. They were very nice, gave a reasonable estimate, and were willing to do it right then. Another crew came partway through the job to help out and speed up the process and they were done very quickly. Our gutters worked much better after being cleaned out. We still had to clean the outsides (I hadn't asked them or paid them to do that), which was fine.

The price was what he said it would be. He came and did a good job and didn't leave a mess. I would recommend him to others, and would hire him again if needed.

They were very professional, they seem very knowledgeable about the work they were doing. One of the workers was very thorough and they did a great job.

Showed up right on time and completed the work right on time as well. Very pleasant experience. The price may be a bit higher this time because of amount of accumulation of leaves.

Excellent experience. Darryl was very prompt and courteous. He had to special order the chimney cap and it came in just a few days and he immediately returned and installed it. He did a great job cleaning out the chimney and re-installing some missing gutter guards.

The company is excellent to deal with, from the initial phone inquiry, through quoting, scheduling, providing of the service and follow up. This was the first time our gutters had been cleaned since we bought the house years ago and the need was evident and urgent. We've had a hard rain since, and our gutters now work as they should.

I called around 11:30am and left a message that I would like to have my gutters cleaned. Around 1:45pm my call was returned and was told that a serviceman would be in my area around 3:00pm and could stop by and give me an estimate. He arrived at 2:45pm, looked at my gutters and gave me a price for the work. My response was, when can you clean them? He checked his watch and said that he had time to do them now. I was quiet happy because the trees in my yard had left quite a mess in the gutters this spring. All waste was bagged and removed when he left. The job was complete within 45 minutes. I had previously been paying between $50-$75 for this job, so the price was quite higher than expected. Serviceman was very professional.

I talked to them on a Monday and they scheduled the work for the next day. Steve inspected the fireplace and chimney, including the exterior crown and cap. He's a friendly and knowledgeable guy, who answered several questions for me. He also suggested a method for cleaning our gas logs, without having been asked. I took notes, of course!

They provided an estimate for a gutter cleaning within 3 hours of my phone call and upon my approval, they initiated the gutter cleaning. They were done before I even got home from work. It was quick and easy.

They arrived on time, provided a quick estimate which was slightly higher than I expected, and preformed the work immediately thereafter. They thoroughly cleaned the gutters in about an hour.

It went great. The gentlemen were a few minutes early, very polite and quick. They explained what they were doing, what they found and how they fixed it. We were given a quote over the phone and that is what we were charged. They didn't try to sell me additional services or find things wrong. They performed their work in a timely manner and were out in 45 minutes. I would definitely use their services again.

What a pleasant experience working with a competent company. A Clean Sweep staff was very friendly, accommodating and efficient. Matt, the service man could not have been nicer, he also let me know that while he was on the roof, he noticed the crown on our chimney was cracked and should be replaced. I would definitely use A Clean Sweep again!

Contacted A Clean Sweep after reviewing their ratings in Angie's List. I called about 9:00am and indicated I wanted to set up an appointment to have my dryer duct cleaned. The gentleman informed me that they had an opening @ 1:00pm that same day which I agreed to. Their guys arrived @ 1pm and were finished and cleaned up by 2pm. I used their Internet coupon and got $10 off the bill. I will probably contact this company again to clean my air ducts.

These guys are just as good as others have said. The office staff gave me a reminder call the day before, and called the day I was scheduled to confirm again. The workers (Mike) were courteous and quick. I felt confident about their work.
