Clean Sweep Chimney Solutions

They were phenomenal. They did every thing they promised. I asked them to take a picture of the finished work and to email it to me. They did just that. Everything was done as expected.

I called one afternoon, my call wasn`t returned until next morning. Two guys came out around noon , same day. They gave me an estimate for cleaning my gutters and installing a chimney cap, which I agreed to. They were very professional had both jobs done in about 45 mins. I was satisfied with their work.

They arrived on time for the estimate, gave me a clear written estimate, arrived on time to do the work, completed it and cleaned up wonderfully. A great experience all around.

Michael arrived right on time, introduced himself and got right to work. The company probably should have sent a partner with him due to the weight of the Jotul stove and flue pipe. We did inform the company of our stove type when we scheduled the job. I did not mind giving him a hand with the heavy front cover and stove, but it is not what I feel the situation should have warranted from the person paying for the service. Other than that I believe the job went as expected. He had all the tools of the trade and knew how to use them, it seemed. After we got everything back in place, he finished the clean up, got paid and was heading out in about an hour and a half. Michael has very competent at his task and I felt very comfortable with him in my house. He was careful with all that he did to guard against damage and mess. He represented the company well. If they would have sent two people I would have no complaints. I will probably use them again next time but will insist that they staff the job properly.

Wanda is great! I contacted them on the website and she called me right away. We scheduled the appointment and she called to confirm the day before. Mike came out and told me that my chimney cap was fine but the chase pan was rusted out and warped. This was causing all kinds of water damage to our siding all these years. I had spent so much money replacing rotted siding but never knew why! Mike showed me pictures of my chimney and gave me a quote of $500. I put down a deposit and they ordered the chase pan. A few weeks later Wanda called to schedule installation and she even called me the morning of to tell me they'd be 15 min. early. It took 45 min. and installation was complete. Mike showed me my old pan and explained all that he did with the new installation.

I could not have asked for a more responsive and reliable company. This company is truly interested in doing the best for their customers. It was an excellent experience!

Called their office for a price quote to clean my dryer vent (about 5 yrs old). They gave me 2 prices, based on where my vent is located on the house (on the roof or not). I made my appointment for 2 days later at 8am. Two men arrived right on time and promptly did their work. They finished in about less than 30 mins. They were very neat and quick, and most importantly, they did not try to upsell me on "extra" services, warranties, etc like some other companies that I have about when researching dryer vent cleaners.

It was an excellent experience. I used them because they cleaned chimneys as well. They checked my gutters and told me that I did not have any leaves in them. They did not charge me anything for it. I will use them again if I need to because they seemed to be really honest people. It is a 2 storey home and I could not get up there to check if there were any leaves. I am glad to have someone who is honest enough about it. They made an appointment. They were on time for the appointment. They were very professional.

They were very prompt, professional, and courteous. They did a great job cleaning the gutters.

I used the company's website to make an appointment. Saved $20.00 by doing it that way. Response came via email promptly. Technician was a little late but I received a phone call from the company letting me know that he was about 20 minutes behind schedule. The technician was knowlegeable and very polite. The peace of mind was well worth the money.

My appointment was at 3:30pm and Mike was here at 3:30pm - very prompt. Mike was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. He cleaned up everything - left no mess. I will definietly use A Clean Sweep again.

The man who came out was very clean and he tried very hard not to make a mess. He informed me of what he was doing and he let me know when there was an issue with a filter. I was pleased with their service. I was glad that they could and would do both jobs, because it saved me time and money. I was happy with what they charged.

My experience of working with them went very well. They were very nice. They arrived on time. They charged me the amount that they quoted on the phone. They were very polite and friendly. They didn?t create a mess. Even if they did create a mess, they cleaned up really well after themselves. It was a positive experience. I had compared their prices with that of the other companies and A Clean Sweep was very reasonable.

They did a good job. Next time they should send two guys, it required some risky acrobatics for one to do portions of the roof.

They were due to arrive at my house at 12:00 PM but I got a phone call at about 11:15 AM asking if they could come early. I was happy to see Daryl arrive at about 11:30 AM. He turned on my dryer and immediately went up on the roof to clean out the vents. It took about 10 minutes and he said that the dryer seems to be working well, and that everything was cleaned out. I asked him if he had to pull the dryer away from the wall and remove the steel flex tube from the back of the machine in order to clean it out there too, and he said it wasn't necessary. He was able to clean everything out from the vent on the roof. I hope that's right. Daryl checked my gutters and told me that they were clean and did not need any work done. I appreciated his honesty. He counted the air ducts in my house and determined that there were 27 ducts. It would cost me about $925 to have them cleaned out. I thought that was a lot of money. He told me that since they're ceiling ducts and not floor ducts, they probably didn't need cleaning anyway. Once again, I appreciated his honesty. Daryl was very pleasant and professional. It was a good experience over all.

As always, excellent; by the time they were done, there was no evidence that they'd been here - except the straightened reattached gutter.

They did a good job and they did it quickly. They came the next day after we called and that was great. They showed us the blockages. Their price was fair.

A Clean Sweep was punctual. They did exactly what they asked. They stuck to their quote. The quality of the work that they did was fine. They were out within a day or two after we called them.

I called the company On the 20th and had an appointment the following day. Darryl showed up at the appointed time and snaked the vent. He was prompt, efficient and courteous.

When they came out, they took pictures of my chimney inside and out. They did a good job. The staff was very helpful when I called to set up an appointment.

The service technician, Mike, was punctual, responsible, and personable. Even more importantly, he was very, very, very thorough. I have requested that he be sent to my house each time I request service. While I have used this company previously and their work has been satisfactory or above, this service call deserves higher recognition. Being a chronic complainer, it is rare that I don't have something to complain about; however, I am at a loss here. I wish all people who visit my house to do service work took the same type of pride in their work as Mike.

I think the job was bigger than it looked at first. The cap at the top of the chimney required extensive cleaning and special application of sealant. Cleaning the black stuff off the chimney took longer than we all thought it would and the brick kept absorbing the sealant so four coats was required rather than the usual two. Through it all the technicians patiently answered all our questions and were up front about cost options. They were careful around our landscaping and when they left there was no sign they'd been here (except for the nice clean chimney). They were friendly and courteous and they worked diligently and efficiently. They were extra nice to our dog in spite of her barking at them! Rain now beads up and runs off rather than soaking into the bricks. Lovely!

Matt came out to do the work and I watched the video inspection. He explained things that we could see on the monitor. He was patient with my questions and answered all of them.

They were very good, and did a thorough job. They were professional, and did not mess up my house. I was amazed with their work, as they took the dirt out of my chimney, and the fireplace, without messing my living room. They were responsive, and the quality of work was good. My overall experience with them was good.

They are always on time. They are professional and polite. They clean up the place after the work is complete and they don t leave any mess around. Their price is reasonable.
