Clean Sweep Chimney Solutions

It went perfect. They answered all my question, took pictures and explained what they found.

A person arrived at the appointed time and assessed the situation. Rain the night before made the roof to sllipery to walk on to clean gutters. I agreed. He said he would return later in the day when the roof was dry. Wanda from the office called to discuss the situation. Another employee arrived in the afternoon and cleaned out the gutters. Satisfactory result.

We are just happy. They fixed the problem and they were great about it. I will definitely use them again. We chose them probably because of their price. They took responsibility for the accident that happened and took off $500 for that. The concrete came out of the wall. They showed up on time and finished on time.

They were efficient. They came in and did the job, told me what was wrong with the chimney, and sent me an estimate later for everything that could be repaired on the chimney. There were no complications and I will probably use them if I do repair work. The man that came in was very good and did a good job with the cleaning. I was pleased because they did everything that they said they would.

I called and was given a prompt appointment for a quote. A few days later, I received the quote via cell and the work was completed that afternoon

The service tech, Jeff Scott, arrived on time and was courteous. He first inspected the fireplace, then the inside of the chimney with the video camera. I watched the display as he did this, then asked a few questions after he finished. He answered all my questions with patience and seemed quite knowledgeable. Next, he went up on the roof to inspect the chimney exterior and crown. A job well done.

everything went as scheduled--it was a 3 day job and employees were punctual---they kept the room they were working in very clean ---the office was very professional and our contacts with Paul, the owner and Wanda, the office manager, were all positive---all of our questions were answered in a patient manner---when the job was completed I had one further question about the fireplace and they sent Darryl to the house to explain it to me---Darryl, who ran the job, was great---my wife commented that this was the best company we"ve ever dealt with

All work has been excellent. Actually, I need to call them to do some work on my chimney. It's been used a lot this year. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

My experience was good. We had A Clean Sweep come out to clean the chimney before using it this winter. We were told that it was dangerous to operate. They gave us an estimate for what needed to be repaired and returned a week or so later to do the work. They were very professional, explained what they were doing and showed me the results. They cleaned up so it wasn't even noticeable that they were here.

I spent over $300 on that work. They got the job done but they were expensive. They were quick to remove the stove. They were average, nothing fantastic. I thought they were very pricey. I thought that since that was an emergency job, they took advantage of it.

These guys are the best. Very neat. On time. Very informative. Didn't try to sell me anything else. Would recommend them in a heart beat.

Very well. I called A Clean Sweep on Tuesday and they scheduled me for the upcoming Friday. The technician arrived (a bit early :-)) and quickly provided a quote. We agreed on the price and the work was immediately performed. Very professional. I appreciate the fact that they bag all of the debris that is removed. The price was a little steep given the small amount of gutters that I have, but I am a big believe in that you get what you pay for from a quality perspective. I plan to recommend to our neighbors.

The representative showed up on time and was very courteous. He climbed up to the top of the chimney, took several pictures and wrote up a description of possible solutions. I was told the owner of the business would call me within the next several days with an estimated cost. Six weeks later, I have yet to hear anything. In the current difficult economic environment with a job that I could potentially have paid multiple thousands of dollars, I find this behavior to be inexplicable.

Clean Sweep was very easy to work with. They were easy to schedule and gave very specific options on when they could come out to perform the work. Showed up on time. The tech was very thorugh and courteous and got the job done in under 30 minutes. I will definetly use them again on a yearly basis to insure that our ducts remain clog-free.

They were good. I spent about $80 to $100 on that work. I had them come and put sheet metal on the top of the chimney to block it off, but it made it worse, so they came back and took it off. They came when they said they would. I thought that their pricing was good because I checked around.

Tech showed up on time and was very clean inside the house. Installed a chimney cap which was a little pricey $250 but it looks like it will function well. Overall happy with the job.
