They did a GREAT job!! They gutted the kitchen in one day and were back the next day to start installing the new ones. I was without a kitchen for only a week or so. (They even helped me take out the old cabinets nicely so they could be donated to a local church) The cabinets were all hand made and they even helped me design the new cabinets. Excellent service and help. They were very nice to have in the house and I could trust them to stay there alone for any length of time. The final product was wonderful and they can back immediately with any small thing I wanted updated after the job was finished. I would recommend them to anyone and feel free to call me. 630-532-8400 One note: I almost didn't hire them because he didn't make it to the first bid appointment because he was finishing a job, but my husband convinced me it was better to wait for someone who was dedicated to finishing a job. So glad I waited to meet with Stephen!

I can honestly say that Mike and Teresa are one of the best contractors I have ever hired. My kitchen was old and needed replaced. I contacted multiple places to include Home Depot, Lowes, and Cabinets to Go and they beat all of their prices by far. Mike came out and gave us an estimate and we were pleasantly surprised and went with them. They installed beautiful cabinets, flooring, and granite countertops and also replaced our carpet. It came out amazing!!! I have had so many people come to my house and always have received compliments. They are very nice to work with, extremely friendly, and do quality work!!! We are now going to get them to remodel our bathroom. They are also now remodeling my son's kitchen with the same cabinets! I highly recommend them!!! Quality in their name shows by far!!!

They were to have provided the base boards and when the base boards were provided they were the wrong size. The thing that impressed us the most was that the company made things right in a timely manner. They owned the situation.

We put this vanity in a rental house and the tenants are very happy with it. Vanity was painted, and Mike did an excellent job with that. Although the job took longer than anticipated, both Mike and Teresa were responsive to all inquiries and very pleasant to work with. Some of the delay was due to circumstances beyond their control, The hole in the marble was cut too large for the sink (so they ordered a larger one and installed it at no extra cost). Then the wrong edge of the cultured marble was finished, so it took a few days to correct the issues. Although this was not a big job for Mike, they treated me well and came out to the house repeatedly to make it right.

Work was completed in a day. Quality materials and work. When we had some follow-up concerns we wanted them to look at, howeverer, they did not send someone over as promised. The issues ended up being minor.

The kitchen remodel went well in the removal of old cabnets,appliances, and sinks and the installation of same. Also the old hardwood in the dinning room and the living room carpet were removed. After the carpet was removed stacks of hardwood were brought in the living and dining rooms to get acclimated. After a couple of weeks it was decided by Mike Campbell(owner) that the hardwood was ready to be installed,sanded, and finished. I was not able to live in the house while this process was taking place. After the finish had dried Mike had his employees move the furniture back into the rooms. When I came back to the house I noticed the floor was not smooth. Ther were low places and gouges made by the sanding company. I notified Mike and he inspected the floor and agreed the job was unacceptible. He had all the furniture moved out again and had the same finishing company come back and redo the floor. This took an additional 7-10 days. After they did it again the results were no better. Mike then hired another company to do the sanding and finishing for a third time.(Another 7-10 days) The results were better but the the first company had damaged the floor to the extent that it could not be brought up to standards. The second company failed to use any dust contols and the entire house was coated with dust. Mike's employee told me it was the worst he had ever seen. I noticed this past summer that all the floor joints had raised (culped) and notified Mr. Campbell. He advised it was due to moisture from the heavy summer rains but he would inspect. Mike has never inspected as promised and the last two times I left messages he never returned my calls. This remodel took aprox eight weeks. The cabnets and granite look good but now I am having problems with the drawers staying closed. All of the flooring problems could have been prevented if there had been supervision of the sub-contractors on the part of Mike Campbell.

It went fantastically. They were very efficient and quick and I was very pleased with the job they did.

We worked with Teresa at Carolina Quality Flooring to replace the flooring in a new home we purchased. She was patient with me as I tried to make a decision and even ordered additional carpet samples from her reps to find carpet that fit what we were looking for. Also, I was able to make an appointment to have the house measured for flooring, etc. during the home inspection since that is the only time I could get in the house prior to closing. Additionally, they were able to install the carpet and vinyl on a Sunday since that is the only day we had to install between the painters and the movers. It went so smoothly, they accommodated all of our needs and at a great price! We are hoping to install engineered wood flooring downstairs soon and plan to use Carolina Quality Flooring for that job as well.

When we told him we had already chosen our countertops from another company he actually implied that we had made a mistake and should have gotten them from him. We were only there to look at flooring. Honestly we didn't know that they did countertops. We went elsewhere for flooring.

Once the company arrived at my home they failed to provide estimates, along with samples we walked through our home with the employee showing him where we would like carpet installed. Once our appointment was complete we have yet to hear from this company since the day they arrived at our home. I have not tried to contact this company due to me being a customer. I am 82 years old, with 7 rental properties, and I have a pretty good idea on how services should work.

We had all of our carpet replaced in the upstairs of our home which was approximately 1800 sq/ft. Mike who provided the initial sales consultation was very professional and helpful and he had even indicated that they offer kitchen and bath remodeling services as well. We found that Carolina Quality Flooring offered the most competitive pricing based on the type of carpet that we wanted installed. We also upgraded to their premium padding since we know from previous experience that padding helps tremendously with the feel of the carpet. The install process only took one day to complete which we were extremely happy about since we had painters scheduled to start the following day. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our carpet installation will select this company again in the future if we ever need our similar work performed.

Not really ever on time but cost is great and work quality is good.

It was excellent. Mike and Theresa were great to work with. They were patient and not pushy, and were very conscientious. They gave us lots of options, including things that could save us money - such as taking up the carpet ourselves. Mike took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. He always expressed interest in how we liked what we installed. I would recommend this company with my highest compliments.

They were very good people to work with. They are very good people in general. They are easy to get along with and deliver exactly what they promise! I was utterly amazed with our end product and very pleased that we decided to use them for our remodel work. The installers/carpenters/electric/plumbing/flooring folks are all very nice people. The quality of workmanship was very high end. I will never use anyone else as long as Mike and Teresa Campbell are still in business. I've referred them again and again and will continue to do so. They stand by their work and we will continue to stand by them!

The company rep met us at home with samples and after we discussed the flooring, we then started talking about cabinets and countertops. The prices quoted were VERY reasonable and the products appeared to be high quality. While we weren't able to move forward with the project due to unforseen circumstances, when we are ready we will call them!

I have had this company to do many jobs. As a real estate professional I have used them at investment homes, rental homes and client's homes. Very, Very Professional. This is a family owned local business that cares about the quality of their work and reputation. Everyone that entered into my home to do the various jobs reflected the professional character and care of the owners themselves. They have installed carpet, renovated my kitchen, removed & replaced water damaged pre-finished engineered flooring (as well as 3/4" hardwoods), gutted bathrooms and totally renovated them, installed granite countertops, post formed formica countertops, installed ceramic backsplashes, ceramic tub surrounds and removed/replaced damaged structural compotents under the bathroom floors.
