Installation was done on time. The installers did an excellent job and completed the project in a timely manner. The sales person was very helpful in picking the carpet. The upstairs rooms are anything but square and they did an excellent job cutting the carpet to the room sizes.

We could not be more pleased with the customer service, product and installation process. Everyone from Mike (owner), the office team and the installers did an outstanding job. During install we were expecting a huge mess with lots of dust, etc but the installers were extremely neat and respectful of our home. I have already recommended them to some friends that are looking for new floors/cabinets as they were fantastic from start to finish!

They were very professional and did the work in a timely manor and cleaned up after themselves and even vacuumed the carpet when it was done.

The floor installers were professional and quick

Very well. The lead on the job was very considerate of my home, cleaned up every time he was there and was very mindful of my dogs with keeping doors closed. Each person listened and worked to find the best options for my space, design, and budget.

Went to the showroom and Met Chris the owner's son. Made an appointment to come out and measure to determine scope of the job. Chris was timely and spoke at great length about the work and look we wanted. He told me he would have drawings ready in a couple of days. I called 3 days later to check on progress and was told Chris call me later. I waited another 2 days and phoned again. Never heard from him again.

We would never recommend this company for anything. We basically have been held hostage in our house for three months. Some days they would show up usually around noon and maybe stay until 3 or 4. Some days they didn't show up at all and never bother to call and let us know. We hired them to do all of the work need in our kitchen and bathrooms because we felt that all the work would be scheduled in a timely manner, how assuming of us. The tile work was the worst ever, they tried to make excuses but after much conversation they finally agreed with us. They offered to remove all tile and do it over, but be patient so they could find someone to do it. We decided to have all tile work removed from our bill. We decided to not take a chance after firing two tile installers. The people in the office were very rude and refused to return our phone calls or emails. When we hired them to remodel our kitchen we discussed the design. I told them exactly how I wanted it, silly of me to assume that they would do it they way I wanted it, instead of how they wanted it. We now have a kitchen that is 18" smaller than we requested. Our mistake we should have asked for a drawing with measurements instead of just a drawing.

This was a great company to work with...I went to their showroom area, picked out a carpet I thought would work, and Mike was helpful in getting me options to fit my budget. His price was great and it included the removal of my old blue carpet, putting in a new pad and new carpet. The company was great to work with, as I had a few delays in trying to juggle other projects (sanding of ceiling and floor repair) prior to the carpet installation. They were very accommodating and understanding and the carpet looks great! I would use them and recommend them for carpet install. in fact, some friends of mine have also had their carpet installed by this company after I recommended them. I plan on using them to install my kitchen cabinets in the future, but am still deciding on the design and so am dragging my feet, but look forward to working with them again.

Work performed to a "above and beyond" level.

When we called they sent a guy out to show us carpet samples and measure the areas. I think then we went to their shop to look at more carpets and chose a style and color. They gave us a quote. They were originally going to tack on $100 for a tiny 3"x6" patch of carpet on the side of a step, but thankfully removed that from the quote. They were willing to match a competitor's upgrade on padding deal. The carpet installer is subcontracted out. It seemed like maybe some edges could have been done a bit better. It would have been nice if the Carolina Quality Flooring people would have come to inspect behind the installer. We eventually (after a long procrastination on our part) called and asked them to come see if they thought the install was up to snuff. They responded quickly, but I think they just sent the installer out, who snipped a couple loose ends. B+
