Investigated and determines the cause as a result of numerous bathrooms not being used leading the improper function of system due to evaporation. Gave best practice of ensuring at least bi-weekly running of water, flushing of toilet to make sure system functions properly. Also, thoroughly examined all pipes and system to make sure there were no issues.

Plumbers arrived promptly and removed / replaced broken water line. Would have scored higher except for grounds left as is instead of back filing and leveling ground.

Excellent service from this company. Punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful in giving me some pointers. A week after installation there was a minor glitch with the equipment (manufacturer error, not the plumber's error) and Randy was here the next morning to fix the problem. This company is very highly recommended.

Last year we had an issue with tree roots growing into our sewer line causing a backup. We had one of the larger plumbing companies come and view it with a camera and root it out temporarily. They gave me a price to dig it up and replace the pipe. It was around 4K or so. This year we decided to get estimates to get this issue fixed. We called Stefan and he came to take a look at it and said it was on the city side and wasn't our responsibility to fix this. Great example of honesty and integrity from this outfit! Saved us allot of money.

I was very happy with my experience with Carolina plumbing pros. The customer service was excellent from the person who took my call to the plumber who came out to install my new heater. He took the time to show me what he had done as well as how to operate the system. He left my storage unit where the heater is installed cleaner than when he got here. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Carolina Plumbing Pros was the third company I called to fix my toilet. The first one could not see me for three weeks and the second did not return my phone call. When I called Carolina last week, I spoke with a caring customer service person named Brittany. Very professional, but down to earth. Made the appointment for someone to come out and Stephan showed up and on time. He was very polite, wore shoe protectors and was in and out within 20 minutes. Stephan was understanding, explained why something broke and what needed to be done to fix it. I was very comfortable with him and the repairs. I have no doubt that I will call him again for my next plumbing needs

The work resolved the issue, and the plumber was able to answer all my questions and troubleshoot some other plumbig issues we were having.

I'm fully satisfied with the work that was performed. They showed up on time, told me exactly what the issue was and provided a quote before any work was done. They made sure to put shoe covers on when they can in the house every time. Very professional.

I am what some people call elderly (70+) and have learned to watch for extreme overpricing. The problem I had was a leak in the water main from the meter to the house. Since the old line had been there for over 40 years I decided to replace the entire length rather than patch the leak. The job consisted of digging a trench (50-75 feet) from the meter to the house, placing new water line with expansion tank, cutoff valve, and pressure regulator . The original estimate for the job was $1800.00 After discussion about that quote being ridiculously high, the service man agreed to drop $1,100 off if I dug the trench. I agreed, and he came back the next day. It took about an hour for another man I hired to dig the trench. At the rate quoted by the plumber that would have been about $1,000 an hour for ditch digging. (According to statistics, the median American family has an income of less than that a week). The remaining work he did for $700.00 took less than 2 hours using approximately $100.00 in parts (as priced on Lowes online) leaving just over $300.00 an hour for labor. I know that when people call a plumber, most of the time it is because of an emergency and the plumber provides a service that is immediately necessary. I think the plumber should and could make a decent living without gouging the elderly and people in distress. The quality of the work done is good, and my only complaint is extreme overpricing and gouging of the elderly.

As a new homeowner I had an emergency come up. I called up my home warranty company and they sent out Carolina Plumbing Pros. Plumber showed up on Friday, after spending 10 minutes looking into the issue, he tells me the problem was with the septic. I called another company to come and pump the septic. When the septic was opened it was only 80% full and was not the root cause of the issue. I then called my home warranty company back and they sent Carolina Plumbing Pros back out. I was then told that my house didn't have a clean out and the septic would need to be dug back out AGAIN so that this could be accessed. I called a 3rd company and they sent out a plumber who had my problem resolved within an hour. Turned out I DID have a cleanout valve in the crawl space. Total in all I have spent over 1,000 to get this issue fixed and it took a 3rd party to fully look into the issue to get this resolved.I do not recommend Carolina Plumbing Pros due to telling me the wrong problem, twice. Their employee did not spend enough time to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue or resolve the issue and I had to resort to a third party to get this issue fully resolved.

The service was fantastic. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. The gentlemen were friendly, polite and took the time to explain what was being done to address each issue. They were tidy . . . no clean up necessary after they left. They will certainly be the folks that we call if we have plumbing needs in the future.

Jason was very professional, knowledgeable and explained all that was wrong and how it needed to be corrected. Unfortunately there was a broken screw in the overflow so the wall needed to be cut to replace that section, and the drain was rusted and had to be cut out to be removed. Given the scenario, it could have been a lot worse. He did an excellent job and also gave me recommendations for other things that need to be done at another time.

Dobre was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job! He called to let me know when he was on his way, careful when working to not mar the tub finish, and the resulting faucet installation looks great and functions beautifully! Also, I had a piece of reclaimed barn wood I'd been looking for a reason to use and Dobre was able to use it to offset the faucet for better overall proportion on the whole installation. The experience with calling, setting up an appointment and getting the estimate was fine. Everyone was very polite, professional and cordial. The estimator even called to see if he could come out earlier than the scheduled window. The reason for the sub-par review is solely based on price. The quote to do this work was $1125. This is more than $300 over the worst-case-scenario quote that I have received from other companies. Based on market research the average cost for this kind of work is $481 with homeowners spending between $261-$740 and the high cost is $1200. To break it down a different way -- this supplier was quoting me $37.5 per foot. My other estimates range from $16.6 to $26.6 per foot with is a $10-$20 per foot difference. I'm really scratching my head on why this was so high. If there was a misunderstanding, or a mistake and the company wants to contact me to amend the estimate I would be willing to modify this review. I hate leaving bad reviews.
